Abstract
냉동 사이클 시스템에 짜넣는 팽창밸브의 밸브구에 발생하는 부식의 방지를 도모한다.
팽창밸브는 밸브본체(10)에 설치되는 오리피스(30)와 밸브체(9)를 보유하며, 밸브체(9)는 가동체(18)와 일체로 부착된다. 다이어프램(4)의 위동은, 부재(16)를 개재해서 작동봉(17)에 전달되며, 작동봉(17)은 가동체(18)를 작동시켜서 밸브체(9)와 오리피스(30)의 사이의 유로의 열림도를 제어한다. 오리피스(30)에 고착되는 오리피스 부재(100)는, 밸브본체(10)에 비하여 경도 높은 재료로 만들어지며, 냉매에 의하여 밸브구부에 발생하는 부식 등의 손상을 방지한다.

Claims (12)
- 고압냉매의 입구통로와 저압냉매의 출구통로간에 밸브구를 설치한 밸브부와, 이 밸브부의 열림도를 제어하는 구동부와를 구비하는 팽창밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브부의 밸브구를 비커스 경도 150-500의 금속재료로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속재료는, 스테인리스, 알루미늄 청동, 니켈 청동, 스텔라이트, 고력 황동계 합금중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 고압냉매의 입구통로와, 저압냉매의 출구통로와 입구통로와 출구통로를 연통하는 밸브구와를 보유하는 밸브본체와, 밸브구를 개폐하는 밸브체와 밸브체를 작동봉을 개재해서 구동하는 다이어프램을 보유하는 구동부와를 구비한 팽창밸브에 있어서, 밸브구의 밸브체와 접촉하는 밸브시트부에 밸브본체에 비하여 경도가 높은 금속부재에 의하여 형성되는 원통상의 오리피스 부재를 고착하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 오리피스 부재와 밸브본체에 대하여 압입에 의하여 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 오리피스 부재와 밸브본체에 대하여 나사 수단에 의하여 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 오리피스 부재의 내경부에 육각 렌치에 걸어맞추는 육각구멍을 형성하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 콤프레서와, 콤프레서에 의하여 고온고압으로 압축된 가스냉매를 응축하기 위한 콘덴서와, 응축된 냉매의 기액분리와 냉매중의 수분이나 먼지의 제거를 행하는 액체 탱크와 이 액체 탱크로부터의 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창밸브와, 팽창밸브로부터의 냉매와 공기와를 열교환하는 증발기와를 배관에 의하여 연결하여 구성되는 냉동시스템에 있어서, 냉매는 비염소계 할로겐화 탄화수소인 동시에, 팽창밸브는 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 따른 팽창밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동시스템.
- 고압냉매의 입구통로와 저압냉매의 출구통로와의 사이에 밸브구를 구비한 밸브부와, 이 밸브부의 열림도를 제어하는 구동부와를 구비하는 팽창밸브 있어서, 상기 밸브구가 금속재료로 구성되고, 상기 냉매가 수소계 할로겐화 탄화수소인 동시에 상기 금속재료가 상기 냉매에 대하여 내부식성을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 금속재료는, 스테인리스, 알루미늄 청동, 니켈 청동, 스텔라이트, 고력 황동계 합금중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 밸브본체에 설치된 고압냉매의 입구통로와 저압냉매의 출구통로와의 사이에 밸브구를 구비한 밸브부와, 이 밸브부의 열림도를 제어하는 구동부를 구비한 팽창밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브구의 밸브시트부에 상기 밸브본체에 비하여 경도 높은 금속의 부재를 고착한 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 밸브본체가 황동이며, 상기 부재가 스테인리스인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 냉매가 수소계 할로겐화 탄화수소로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
