Abstract

균일하게 배열된 박(箔)이 나타나고, 이 박(箔)은 중량의 화학적 조성이 다음과 같은 철-니켈 합금으로 구성되고; 35.5%≤니켈≤37%; 코발트≤0.5; 크롬≤0.1%; 구리≤0.1%; 몰리브덴≤0.1; 바나듐≤0.1%; 니오브≤0.1%; 망간≤0.1%; 0.03%≤규소≤0.15%; 산소≤0.01%; 탄소≤0.02%; 질소≤0.005%; 인≤0.003%; 수소≤0.001%; 붕소≤0.001%; 나머지는 철이고 제련으로 인한 불순물이 발생하며; 이 화학적 조성은 다음과 같은 관계를 만족시키고; 황≤0.02×망간 +0.8×칼슘+0.6+마그네슘, 크롬+구리+몰리브덴+바나듐+니오브+규소≤0.15%, 박(箔)에는 ASTM E112-88,12.4 기준의 ASTM 7 이상이거나 같은 크기의 알갱이를 얻기 위해 열처리가 가해지고 섀도 마스크(shadow mask) 형태를 부여하기 위해 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 철-니켈 합금으로 만든 섀도마스크(shadow mask) 제조과정.

Claims (8)

  1. -균일하게 구멍이 뚫려 있고 중량의 화학적 조성이 다음과 같은 철-니켈 합금으로 구성된 박(箔); 35.5%≤니켈≤37%, 코발트≤0.5%, 크롬≤0.1%, 구리≤0.1%, 몰리브덴≤0.1%, 바나듐≤0.1%, 망간≤0.1%, 0.03%≤규소≤0.15%, 황≤0.001%, 0.0001%≤칼슘≤0.002%, 0.0001%≤마그네슘≤0.002%, 알루미늄≤0.005%, 산소≤0.01%, 탄소≤0.02%, 질소≤0.005%, 인≤0.003%, 수소≤0.001%, 붕소≤0.001%, 나머지는 철이고 제련으로 인한 불순물이 발생한다; 이 화학적 조성은 다음과 같은 관계를 만족시킨다; 황≤0.02×망간 +0.8+칼슘+0.6×마그네슘, 크롬+구리+몰리브덴+바나듐+니오브+규소≤0.15%, - ASTM E112-88,12.4 기준 이상이거나 ASTM 7과 같은 크기 알갱이를 얻기 위해 열처리가 가해진 박(箔); - 섀도 마스크(shadow mask) 형태를 부여하기 위해 형성된 박(箔)과 같이 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 철-니켈 합금으로 만든 섀도 마스크(shadow mask)의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 규소≤0.08%, 크롬≤0.07%, 구리≤0.05%, 몰리브덴≤0.05%, 망간≤0.05%, 산소≤0.005%, 황≤0.0005%, 탄소≤0.05%, 붕소≤0.0004%과 같은 중량의 화학적 조성으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 철-니켈 합금으로 만든 섀도 마스크(shadow mask)의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 내지 2항에 있어서, 35.9%≤니켈≤36.2%와 같은 중량의 화학적 조성으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 철-니켈 합금으로 만든 섀도 마스크(shadow mask) 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화되지 않은 환경의 750℃∼850℃온도에서 열처리가 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 철-니켈 합금으로 만든 섀도 마스크(shadow mask) 제조방법.
  5. 35.5%≤니켈≤37%, 코발트≤0.5%, 크롬≤0.1%, 구리≤0.1%, 몰리브덴≤0.1%, 바나듐≤0.1%, 니오브≤0.1%, 망간≤0.1%, 0.03%≤규소≤0.15%, 황≤0.001%, 0.0001%≤칼슘≤0.002%, 0/0001%≤마그네슘≤0.002%, 알루미늄≤0.005%, 산소≤0.01%, 탄소≤0.02%, 질소≤0.005%, 인≤0.003%, 수소≤0.001%, 붕소≤0.001%, 나머지는 철이고 제련으로 인한 불순물이 발생하며; 황≤0.02×망간 +0.8+칼슘+0.6×마그네슘, 크롬+구리+몰리브덴+바나듐+니오브+규소≤0.15%와 같은 관계를 만족시키는 중량의 화학적 조성으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 20℃∼100℃의 온도에서 0.9×10-6K-1특히 0.8×10-6K-1이하의 선 팽창계수를 갖는 철-니켈 합금으로 구성된 섀도 마스크(shadow mask).
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 규소≤0.08%, 크롬≤0.07%, 구리≤0.05%, 몰리브덴≤0.05%, 망간≤0.05%, 산소≤0.005%, 질소≤0.003%, 황≤0.0005%, 탄소≤0.005%, 붕소≤0.0004%과 같은 중량의 화학적 조성으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 철-니켈 합금으로 만든 섀도 마스크(shadow mask).
  7. 제5항 내지 6항에 있어서, 5.9%≤니켈≤36.2%와 같은 중량의 화학적 조성으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 철-니켈 합금으로 만든 섀도 마스크(shadow mask).
  8. 제5항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ASTM E112-88,12.4 기준으로 측정된 ASTM 7 이상 크기의 철-니켈 알갱이로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 섀도 마스크(shadow mask).
