Abstract
본 발명은 냉장고 등을 단열재로서 사용가능한 진공단열체에 관한 것으로서, 진공단열체의 성능유지를 목적으로한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 심재(2)와 바륨-리튬합금으로 이루어진 게타재(3)와 외피재(4)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 진공단열체의 단면도,
제2도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 있어서의 경과일수의 내압과의 관계를 표시한 특성도,
제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 있어서의 경과일수와 내압과의 관계를 표시한 특성도,
제4도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 있어서의 경과일수와 내압과의 관계를 표시한 특성도,
제5도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 있어서의 단열상자체의 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 외피재와 심재와 흡착제로 이루어진 진공단열체에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 적어도 비중발형의 게타재를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비중발형게터재가 바륨과 리튬을 함유하는 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바륨과 리튬을 함유하는 합금으로 이루어진 비증발형게터재의 표면을 수분흡착제에 의해 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면이 수분흡착제에 의해 피복된 바륨과 리튬을 함유하는 합금으로 이루어진 게터재에 있어서, 상기 게타재가 분말형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열체.
- 상자체의 공간부에 발포단열재와 청구범위 제4항기재의 진공단열재를 복충한 것을 특징으로 하는 단열상자체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
