Claims (7)

  1. 평탄부가 있는 얇은 금속판(12), (13)으로 구성한 용기(14)안에 아주가는 유리섬유(15)를 전열방향에 의해서 직각 방향으로 랜덤 적층하여 배치하고, 또한 이 용기(14)의 내부를 진공 상태로 밀폐하여 된 진공 단열제에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유(15)의 일부를 친입섬유(15a)로 하여, 전열방향으로 궤메서 압축된 밀도가 높은 유리섬유(15)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
  2. 친입섬유(15a)로서 양쪽에서 궤메서된 특허청구범위 제1항의 진공 단열재.
  3. 졸리어 형성된 얇은 금속판(12)와 평판상의 얇은 금속판(13)로서 용기(14)를 구성하고, 상기 평판상의 얇은 금속판(13)의 두께를 상기 졸리어 형성한 얇은 금속판(12)의 두께보다 얇게 하여서 된 특허 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항의 진공 단열재.
  4. 상기 얇은 금속판을 철에 닛켈과 크롬을 혼합한 합금, 혹은 철에 닛켈 또는 크롬의 어느 한쪽을 혼합한 합금을 사용하여서 된 특허청구범위 제1항의 진공 단열재.
  5. 경화재 접착제등의 첨가물이 없는 유리섬유 15를 사용하여서 된 특허청구범위 제1항의 진공 단열재.
  6. 소정의 길이로 절단된 유리섬유(15)를 사용하여 된 특허청구범위 제1항의 진공 단열재.
  7. 용기(14)안에 가스를 흡착하는 겟터(18)를 배치하여서 된 특허청구범위 제1항의 진공 단열재.
