Abstract
본 발명은 픽셀구동회로에 관한 것으로서, 소정 개의 어드레스 신호와 선택 신호에 의해 다수의 픽셀 데이타를 순차적으로 각각의 디플립플롭에 래치시키는 래치수단과, 수평 동기신호가 트리거되는 순간부터 시스템 클럭을 카운트하여 상기 리치수단의 출력 제어펄스를 만드는 신호발생수단과, 상기 신호발생수단의 출력 제어펄스에 의해 동시에 상기 래치수단에서 래치된 소정 개의 데이타를 아날로그 데이타로 각각 변환하는 소정 개의 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단과, 상기 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단의 출력을 각각 증폭하는 소정 개의 연산 증폭수단과, 상기 연산증폭수단에서 증폭된 소정개의 픽셀 데이타를 소오스단으로 제공받아 행을 구동시키는 AMA수단으로 구성되어, 상기 래치 회로, DAC, 연산 증폭 회로를 MCM 방식을 이용하여 원 팩키지 IC내에 집적하고, 상기 팩키지 IC에 내장된 DAC비트 수에 따라 그레이 스케일 레벨을 변경할 수 있으므로 종래의 멀티플렉서, 샘플 앤 홀드 방식보다 높은 그레이 스케일을 표현하고, 높은 다이나믹 출력 레벨을 얻을 수 있으며, 상기 DAC의 기준 전압값을 조절하여 출력 다이나믹 범위를 가변시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 소정개의 어드레스 신호와 선택 신호에 의해 다수의 픽셀 데이타를 순차적으로 각각의 디플립플롭에 래치시키는 래치수단과, 수평 동기 신호가 트리거되는 순간부터 시스템 클럭을 카운트하여 상기 래치수단의 출력제어 펄스를 만드는 신호발생수단과, 상기 신호발생수단의 출력 제어펄스에 의해 동시에 상기 래치수단에서 래치된 소정 개의 데이타를 아날로그 데이타로 각각 변환하는 소정 개의 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단과, 상기 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단의 출력을 각각 증폭하는 소정 개의 연산 증폭 수단과, 상기 연산증폭수단에서 증폭된 소정개의 픽셀 데이타를 액티브 매트릭스의 스오스단으로 제공받아 행을 구동시키는 액티브매트릭스 어레이수단으로 구성되는 픽셀 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래치수단과 상기 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단 및 상기 연산 증폭수단은 멀티칩 모듈방식을 이용하여 원 팩키지 내에 집적함을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디지탈/아날로그 변환수단은 기준전압값을 조절하여 출력 다이나믹 범위를 가변시킴을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 구동 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
