Abstract

본 발명은 중공 외측부(1)와, 내측부(7)와, 케이지(15)를 갖는 정속 고정 조인트에 관한 것이다. 상기 부품들은 케이지(15)에 의해 지지된 볼(19)에 의해 반경 방향으로 서로 중심이 잡힌다. 또한 구형 층 형태의 안내요소(22_가 제공되고 이는 외측부의 종축(2)에 대해 축방향으로 지지 요소(28), 즉 그 설정면(3!)에 대해 반경방향으로 조정가능하게 지지된다. 지지 요소(32)는 외측부(1)애 대해 고정된다. 안내 요소(22)의 배열 및 설계는 그 접촉면(24)이 관절 운동 중심(27)을 포함하는 평면을 형성하여, 그 결과 외측부(1)에 대한 내측부(7)의 설정이 반경 방향으로 유리하게 이루어지도록 되어 있다. 이 방식으로 저저항 조인트가 얻어진다.

제2도는 휘일 베어링 유니트의 일부분을 형성하고 큰 관절 운동 각도를 갖는 고정 조인트의 종단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 양 단부에 개구(5,6)를 갖고 그 종축(2)에 대해 정점 평면으로 연장되는 외부 주행 홈(3)들이 그 내부면(4)에 제공되는 중공 외측부(1)와, 외측부(1)의 공동에 배치되고 그 종축(10)에 대해 정점 평면으로 연장되고 외부 주행 홈(3)들에 대향 위치된 내부 주행 홈(14)들이 그 외부면(8)에 제공되는 내부측(7)를 포함하고, 대향하는 내부 주행 홈(14)들 및 외부 주행 홈(3)들은 토크전달을 위한 볼(19)을 연결식으로 수용하고, 볼들은 외측부(1)의 내면(4) 및 내측부(7)의 외면 사이의 공간에서 안내되는 케이지(15)의 창(18)내에에서 각각 안내되고,내부 주행 홈(14)들 및 외부 주행 홈(3)들은 제 1개구(5)로부터 시작하고 언더컷이 없게 되어있고, 케이지(15)는 중공 구형 부분면(17)에 의해 내측부(7)의 외부 구면(8)상에 안내되고, 상기 구면(8)은 제2개구(6)를 향해 배열되고 외측부(1)의 내면(4)에 대해 여유가 있게 배열되며, 안내 요소(22)의 제1볼록 구형 안내면(23)으로 구성되는 안내 수단을 갖고, 안내면(23)은 접촉면(24)에 의해 외측부(1)애 대해 고정된 지지 요소(28)의 설정면(31)상에서 반경 방향으로 조정가능하게 안내되고, 외측부의 종축(2)은 상기 설정면(31)애 수직으로 위치하고, 내측부(7)와 외측부(1)와 케이지(15)는 관절 운동 중심(27) 주위로 서로 관절 운동 가능한 정속 고정 조인트에 있어서, 안내 요소(22)는 구형부 또는 구형 층으로 형성되고, 구형부의 평면 또는 구형 층의 평면들 중 하나는 관절운동 중심(27)을 포함하는 평면을 구성하는 접촉면(24) 역할을 하고, 지지 요소(28)는 그 설정면(31)에 의해 접촉면(24)까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지 요소(28)는 외측부(1)에 직접 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지지 요소(28)는 외측부(1)애 고정된 보유 요소(39)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지 요소(28)는 설정면(31)을 포함하는 부분(38)에 인접한 구역에서 테이퍼부(36)를 포함하는 것을특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지 요소(28)는 판형 금속 부품의 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 지지 요소(28)는 설정면(31)을 포함하는 판(38)과, 판에 인접하는 테이퍼형 섕크(36)를 포함하고, 섕크는 그 단면이 섕크에 대해 단이 진저어널(37)을 갖고, 보유 요소(39)는 저어널(37)을 수용하는 구멍(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 지지 요소(28)는 외측부(1)의 정지면(29)에 대해 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 보유 요소(39)는 외측부(1)의 정지면(29)에 대해 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 정지면(29)은 외부 주행 홈(3)의 캘리브레이팅 또는 스탬핑시 성형 공구의 정지면 역할을 하는 면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 안내 요소(22)의 접촉면(24)은 그 중심에 만입부(26)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 구형 층 형태의 안내 요소(22)의 경우에 2게의 평면(24,25) 각각은 그 중심에 만입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 만입부들은 관통 구명(26)의 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 오목 구형 안내면(9)에는 내측부(7)의 종축(10) 구역내의 만입부(12)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 지지 요소(28)의 설정면(31)에는 외측부의 종측(2) 구역내의 만입부(35)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 고정 조인트.
