제1도는 본 발명에 따르는 등속 자재 이음구의 확대 사시도,
제2도는 조립 상태로 도시된 제1도 등속 자재 이음구의 단면도,
제3도는 등속 이음구의 또 다른 실시예의 제2도와 유사한 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 축선을 중심으로 회전하게 되어 있는 등속 자재 이음구로서, 자신의 내측 표면에 이음구의 회전 축선에대해 엇갈리게 경사진 상태로 다수의 그루브가 형성되어 있는 중공형 외측 레이스, 상기 외측 레이스 내부에 배치되며, 자신의 외측 표면에 이음구의 외전 축선에 대해 엇갈리게 경사진 상태로 외측 레이스 그루브와 각각 관련되며 그 외측 레이스 그룹과 이음구의 회전 축선에 대해 양방향으로 경사지는 다수의 그루브가 형성되어 있는 내측 레이스, 상기 관련된 내 ㆍ외측 그루브쌍 각각에 배치되는 볼, 상기 내측 레이스와 외측 레이스 사이에 배치되며 상기 볼을 각각 상기 내ㆍ외측 그루부들에 유지할 구멍들이 형성되어 있는 중공형 케이지, 상기 내ㆍ외측 레이스중 하나와 상기 케이지에 형성되 상기 케이지를 상기 내ㆍ외측 레이스에 대해 축방향 이동 못하게 막는 수단을 포함하는 상기 등속 자재 이음구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이지를 상기 내ㆍ외측 레이스에 대해 축방향으로 이동 못하게 막는 상기 수단은 상기 케이지와 상기 내ㆍ외측 레이스 중 하나에 형성된 구형 결합 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 자재 이음구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구형 표면은 상기 케이지의 내측 표면과 상기 내측 레이스의 외측 표면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 자재 이음구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구형 표면은 상기 케이지의 외측 표면과 상기 외측 레이스의 내측 표면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속 자재 이음구.
