Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 그 크기를 변경하지 않으면서 삼각대형 정속 유니버설 조인트의 토크 전달 용량을 증가시키고, 또한 소정의 토크 용량에서 조인트의 크기, 특히 조인트의 외경을 감소시키는 것이다.
상기 목적은 조인트가 외부 롤러에 의해 완전히 안내되고 롤러 조립체를 삼각대 아암상에 고정하는 수단이 조인트 축에 대해 반경 방향 내측으로 이동됨에 의해 이루어진다.

Claims (4)

  1. 2개의 관련된 안내 트랙들을 각각 갖는 3개의 주연 방향으로 분포되고 축방향으로 연장되며 축과 평행한 안내 홈들을 갖는 외부 조인트부와, 안내 트랙에 대응하고 조인트 축에 대해 반경 방향으로 연장되는 구형 아암들을 갖는 내부 조인트부와, 아암상에 배열되고 내부 롤러와 니들 베어링을 통해 내부 롤러 상에 지지되는 외부 롤러로 구성되는 롤러 조립체를 포함하는 삼각대형 정속 유니버설 조인트에 있어서, 외부 롤러(8)이 구형 아암(3)의 축에 대한 그 축방향 외부 단부에서 내부 롤러(7)을 축방향 외측에서 지지하는 반경 방향 내향 칼라(10)을 포함하고, 내부 롤러를 압력 디스크(11)을 통해 축방향 내측에서 지지하는 내부 축방향 고정 수단(12)가 외부 롤러(8)의 원통형 내부벽에 축방향으로 배열되고, 내부 조인트부(2)의 기부에서 시작되는 내부 조인트부(2)의 목부(13)이 목부(13)으로부터 구형 아암(3)으로 변화되는 영역에서의 잘록한 부분없이 구형 아암(3)을 향해 연속적으로 구형으로 연장된다는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 유니버설 조인트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,구형 아암(3)의 목부(13)이 축방향보다 주연방향에서 더 큰 저항 모멘트를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 유니버설 조인트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외부 롤러(8)이 구형 아암의 축에 대해 니들 베어링(9)와 내부 롤러(7)을 지나 단지 칼라(10)의 두께(h)에 대응하는 양만큼 축방향 외측으로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 유니버설 조인트.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내 홈(5)들의 외부 제한면(16)들에 각 경우에 주연 방향으로 연장되는 안내 트랙으로부터 이격되어 배치되고 안내 홈(5)의 축방향 길이를 따라 연장되는 2개의 비드형 정지면(14)들이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정속 유니버설 조인트.
