Claims (8)
- 회전축(17)과 이것에 대하여 외주방향으로 동일하게 이격된 회전축에 평행하게 연장된 세개의 안내요홈(20)을 가진 외부 죠인트 부재(10)와; 외부 죠인트 부재의 안내 요홈안으로 방사상으로 연장된 이 회전축에 관하여 동일하게 이격된 세개의 아암(13)과 회전축(18)을 가진 외부부재의 내측에 배열된 내부죠인트 부재(12)와; 로울러가 안내요홈을 따라 제한되도록 대응 안내 요홈의 대향측면부분을 결합하는 외부표면을 가진 로울러(21)를 운반하는 각각의 아암과; 이 아암에 관하여 경사지고 아암의 길이방향으로 활주하고 아암에 대하여 회전할 수 있는 각각의 로울러를 구비한 트라이포드형의 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트에 있어서, 각각의 안내요홈내의 각각의 안내 요소(30 내지34)는 안내 요홈(20)을 따라 활주 운동을 위한 안내요홈(20)의 기초 부분을 결합하고 안내 요홈내에서의 경사에 대하여 로울러를 제한하기 위하여 관련 로울러 (21)의 대각선 방향으로 대향된 부분을 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안내요소가 안내요홈의 상기 기초부분과 면대면으로 결합된 평판 기초부분과, 로울러(21)을 결합하기 위하여 상기 평탄 기초부분(30)의 대향 단부로 부터 방사상 내측으로 연장된 두개의 림(31)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 링(31)은 로울러의 단부면(26)을 결합하는 형성부(32)와, 로울러의 외부표면을 결합하는 형성부(34)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트.
- 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 안내요소가 탄성적인 판금인 것을 특징으로 하는 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 안내 요소가 플라스틱 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트.
- 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 안내요소가 안내요홈내에서 로울러가 경사지는 것을 제한하기 위한 유일한 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 로울러의 외부 표면과 안내 요홈측면 부분은 결합되고 이에 의해 죠인트가 토오크를 전동될때 안내 요홈내에서 경사에 대하여 로울러를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일정 속도비 유니버설 죠인트.
- 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 각각의 로울러는 아암에 관하여 회전 가능하고 아암의 길이방향으로 활주가능한 내부 로울러 요소(22)에 의해 아암(13)에 지지되고, 로울러(21)와 내부로울러 요소(22)는 상호 결합하는 실제적으로 부분 구면인 표면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 일정속도비 유니버설 죠인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
