Abstract
본 발명은 선택성, 적재 용량 및 산소 흡수 속도가 강화된, 표면적이 넓은 기질상에 지지된 고체형태의 전이 금속 복합체를 갖는 산소-선택적 흡착제에 관한 것이다. 상기 전이원소 복합체는 실질적으로 균일하게 거리를 두고 위치되며, 산소-함유 기체 혼합물로부터 산소를 분리하는데 사용되는 동안에 산소-함유 기체 스트림에 접근할 수 있는 전이원소 이온을 포함한다.

Claims (15)
- 산소-함유 기체 혼합물로부터 산소를 분리할 수 있는 산소-선택적 흡착제로서, (a) 축방향 염기에 부착되어 있고 전이원소 이온이 매립상태로 함유된 킬레이트 리간드로 이루어지며, 고체상으로 평형 산소-선택적이고 상온 부근의 온도에서 산소와 가역적으로 반응할 수 있는 전이원소 복합체; 및 (b) 비-제올라이트성 결정질 또는 비-결정질 고체상에 전이원소 복합체가 균일하게 분포되어 지지되어 있고 여기에 매립상태로 함유된 전이원소 이온이 산소-함유 기체 스트림과 산소-선택적 흡착제의 접촉시에 상기 산소-함유 기체 스트림과 접근할 수 있도록 되어 있는, 비-제올라이트성의 결정질 또는 비결정질 고체를 포함하는 넓은 표면적의 기질로 이루어져서 산소에 대한 상기 흡착제의 선택성이 강화됨으로써 흡착제 1그램당 산소 적재 용량이 0.3mmol이상이며 1분당 1그램의 흡착제에 대한 산소 흡착 속도가 0.3mmol이상인 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기질과 상호작용하는 1개 이상의 부위, 및 상기 기질상에 단층으로 분산된 상태의 상기 전이원소 복합체와 상호작용하는 1개 이상의 부위를 구비한 결합제를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 상기 전이원소 복합체와의 상호 작용을 위한 다중 부위를 제공하는 다관능성 결합제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전이원소 복합체는 (1) Co(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ), Ru(Ⅱ), Ru(Ⅲ), Cu(Ι), Rh(Ⅲ), Cr(Ⅱ) 또는 Pt(Ⅱ)를 포함한 금속이온 또는 이것들의 혼합물; (2) 포르피린, 쉬프 염기, 폴리아민, 폴리옥소아민, 옥심, 및/또는 이것의 유도체를 포함한 리간드, 또는 시클리덴; 및 (3) 질소, 황, 또는 산소 헤테로고리물, 에테르, 티오에테르, 아민 및 이것들의 유도체를 포함한 축방향 염기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (1)의 금속이온은 금속이온으로서 코발트(Ⅱ)를 포함하고; 상기 (2)의 리간드는 피켓-펜스 포피린 및/또는 이것과 관련된 포피린 2가 음이온, 저분자량의 말렌, 살렌 및/또는 이것과 관련된 쉬프 염기 또는 테트라아자안눌렌을 포함하고; 그리고 상기 (3)의 축방향 염기는 N-치환된 이미다졸 또는 3-및/또는 4-치환된 피리딘을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 리간드는 피켓-펜스 포피린 및/또는 이것과 관련된 포피린 2가 양이온을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 축방향 염기는 N-치환된 이미다졸을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기질은 100A이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 입자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기질은 비유기 지지물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비유기 지지물은 단일 산화물, 혼합된 산화물 또는 탄소 입자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전이원소 복합체는 코발트(Ⅱ)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 리간드는 피켓-펜스 포피린 및 /또는 이것과 관련된 포피린 2가 음이온을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전이원소 복합체는 기질상 또는 기질내에 다층으로서 분산됨을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기질은 1그램당 300평방미터 이상의 질소 BET표면적을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.
- 제14항에 있어서, 기질은 단일 산화물, 혼합된 산화물, 점토, 필러드-점토, 탄소, 변형된 탄소, 탄소 포움, 또는 다공성 중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산소-선택적 흡착제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
