Abstract
종래의 제조방법에서 볼 수 있는 침전, 분리, 응집의 발생을 근본적으로 해소해서 물성적으로 안정되고, 칼슘이 강화된 유산균음료류를 간편하게 제조할 수 있는 신제조기술을 제공한다. 또한, 유산발효한 산유(균액)에 시럽과 같이 HM펙틴, 칼슘을 개별적으로 첨가한 다음, 균질화처리를 하여 물성적으로 안정된 우수한 칼슘 강화 유산균음료류 제조방법과, 유산발효한 산유를 균질화처리하고 이것에 시럽, HM펙틴을 첨가한 다음 칼슘을 첨가하고 혼합처리하므로써 칼슘이 강화된 유산균음료류를 제조한다.

Claims (4)
- 유산발효한 산유에 시럽과 함께 HM펙틴, 칼슘을 개별적으로 첨가한 후 균질화처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물성안정성에 우수한 칼슘강화 유산균음료류의 제조방법.
- 유산발효한 산유를 균질화처리하고 이것에 시럽, HM펙틴을 첨가하여 혼합처리한 다음, 칼슘을 첨가하며 이것을 혼합처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물성안정성에 우수한 칼슘강화 유산균음료류의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, HM펙틴이 블록와이즈형의 팩틴인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘강화 유산균음료류의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 제조방법에 의해서 얻어지는 물성안정성에 우수한 칼슘강화 유산균음료류.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
