김치 요구르트{Kimchi yoghurt}
현재 각종 유산균 발효유가 개발 시판되고있습니다.
우유(탈지분유) 또는 과당류 김치 발효유 숙성
우유(탈지분유) 또는 과당류와 김치, 김치국물(배추김치, 무김치, 파김치)
김치요구르트는 김치에 많이 있는 유산균과 우유의유산균을 혼합이 가능하고 맛과 색(붉은색)이 기존의 요구르트의 개념을 바꿀 수 있으며, 기존의 요구르트에 못지않는 훌륭한 우리나라 요쿠르트로 개발될 수 있을 것입니다.
김치요쿠르트의 종류 또한 배추김치맛, 무김치맛, 파김치맛등으로 제품을 세분화 시킬 수 있는 요쿠르트를 얻게 됩니다
