Claims (2)
- 3-10%의 설탕액으로 된 배양기에 제1인산칼륨과 제2인산칼륨으로 pH를 조절을 하고 황산마그네슘과 polypeptone, Yeast Extract, Malt Extract 및 urea등의 영양소를 넣고 살균, 냉각한 제1공정과 다음 무균적 기포발생장치에 넣고 중간 배양된 Hericium Erinaceum 포자 현탁액을 접종, 배양한 후 균사체를 원심분리로 여과하여 건조 분말화하는 제2공정, 여기에 보존의 효과를 높이기 위해 비타민E를 소량 첨가한 후 다시 Protease나 pepsin의 효소작용으로 단백질을 분해한 후, 가열하여 음료용 버섯 즙액을 제조하는 방법
