Abstract

본 발명에 의하면, 가지관라이닝재와 유체압력밀폐노즐과의 기밀적인 접속을 간단한 구성으로 확실하게 실시할 수 있고, 가지관라이닝재의 가지관으로의 반전삽입을 항상 확실하게 실시할 수 있는 가지관라이닝공법을 제공하는 것과 아울러, 경화성수지를 함침하고, 일단에 날밑(4A)을 보유하고 이루어지는 가지관라이닝재(4)의 날밑(4A)부를 접어서 이 날밑(4A)부를 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)상에 재치함과 아울러, 양자의 사이에 링형상의 패킹(16),(17)을 개설하고, 가지관라이닝재(4)의 날밑(4A)과 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)을 연결하는 나이론실(19)을 잡아당겨 날밑(4A)과 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)을 기밀하게 접합하며, 이 상태를 유지하여 가지관라이닝재(4)와 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)을 본관(1)내의 가지관개구부에 도입하여 세트한 후, 가지관라이닝재(4)를 유체압에 의하여 가지관(2)내에 본관(1)측으로부터 지상으로 향하여 반전삽입하고, 가지관라이닝재(4)를 유체압에 의하여 가지관(2)내벽에 압압한 채, 이 가지관라이닝재(4)에 함침된 경화성수지를 경화시켜, 그 후 상기 나이론실(19)을 전기히이터(14)에 의하여 절단하여 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)을 가지관라이닝재(4)로부터 잘라낸다.

Claims (5)

  1. 경화성수지를 함침하고, 일단에 날밑을 보유하고 이루어지는 가지관라이닝재(4)의 날밑(4a)부를 접어서 이 날밑부를 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)상에 재치함과 아울러, 양자의 사이에 링형상의 패킹(16),(17)을 개설하고, 가지관라이닝재의 날밑(4a)과 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)을 연결하는 실을 잡아당겨 날밑과 유체압력밀폐노즐을 기밀하게 접합하며, 이 상태를 유지하여 가지관라이닝재(4)와 유체압력밀폐노즐을 본관내의 가지관개구부에 도입하여 세트한 후, 가지관라이닝재를 유체압에 의하여 가지관(2)내에 본관측으로부터 지상으로 향하여 반전삽입하고, 가지관라이닝재(4)를 유체압에 의하여 가지관내벽에 압압한 채, 이 가지관라이닝재에 함침된 경화성수지를 경화시켜, 그 후 상기 실을 절단하여 유체압력밀폐노즐을 가지관라이닝재로부터 잘라내는 것을 특징으로 하는 가지관라이닝공법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)에 복수의 나사수단을 설치하고, 이 나사수단에 의하여 상기 실을 잡아 당기는 것을 특징으로 하는 가지관라이닝공법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 나사수단은 상기 유체압력밀폐노즐(7)의 하면에 돌설된 슬리이브(11)와 이 슬리이브에 이동자재하게 나사결합하는 볼트를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가지관라이닝공법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실은 전기히이터(14) 또는 커터에 의하여 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가지관라이닝공법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가지관(2)내에 반전삽입된 상기 가지관라이닝재(4)의 상단부에 금속제의 온수파이프(26)와 에어파이프(27)를 꿰지르고, 이들 온수파이프와 에어호오스를 개재하여 온수와 압축에어를 각각 가지관라이닝재(4)내에 공급하며, 압축에어의 압력으로 가지관라이닝를 가지관(2)내벽에 압압한 채, 이 가지관라이닝재(4)를 온수에 의하여 가열하여 이것에 함침된 열경화성수지를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가지관라이닝공법.
