Claims (15)

  1. 연결된 파이프(2)의 내부로 삽입되고 지지면(26,27)을 갖는 지지부(4), 및 상기 파이프의 외측에 배치되고 상기 지지부(4)의 상기 지지면(26,27)과 협동하는 가압면(28,29)을 갖고 파이프의 외측에 배치되는 체결수단(5)을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지부는 그 외주면에서 외향으로 돌출한 적어도 하나의 볼록부(25)를 갖는 링 형태의 지지부(4)로 구성되며 특히 상기 볼록부는 상기 지지부의 외주면에서 링형태로 돌출한 것이 바람직하고 파이프(2)내에서 압박을 받는것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부(25)는 약 30°의 각을 이룬 원추형상으로 돌출한 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지링(4)은 약 10°의 테이퍼형상으로 종결되는 관상연장부(31)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 체결수단(5)은 상기 블록부(25)뒤에 배치된 체결부(8)와 상기 볼록부925)앞에 위치하는 밀봉부(6)로 구성되고 상기 체결부와 상기 밀봉부는 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 밀봉부(6)의 외측에는 숫나사가 형성되어 캡너트 형태의 체결부(8)가 상기 밀봉부(6)상에 나사결합되거나 또는 밀봉부(6)와 체결부(8)는 구멍(34)을 관통하는 나사에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 체결수단(5)은 서로 연결된 두개의 체결부(8)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 파이프단부의 인접부에는 반원형 단면을 갖고 파이프의 단부(8)가 삽입되는 환상홈(9)이 배치되고 상기 홈(9)의 파이프단부가 삽입되는 개구부에 인접한 곳에는 조임부 또는 절결부(10)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 슬롯형상(12)의 홈(9)은 연결될 파이프(2)의 벽두께와 일치하고 경사지게 외향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파이프(3)의 단부는 내향으로 배치된 지지부(4) 및 외향으로 배치된 체결수단(5)사이의 단부쪽으로 경사지게 연장되고, 체결수단(5)의 내벽면(14)의 인접부의 홈(9)은 파이프의 단부(3)를 지나 외향으로 굽혀진 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9에 있어서, 연결될 파이프 단부(3)의 파이프내에 배치된 지지부(4)는 외향으로 연장된 플랜지(15)를 구비하고 파이프단부(3)용 홈(9,16)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 지지부(4)의 플랜지(15)에는 연결될 다른 파이프단부(2a)의 지지부(4a)내의 상호보충 형상의 홈에 조립되는 환상돌출부(17)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프이음.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지부는 연결될 파이프의 단부로 도입되고 파이프의 단부는 불룩한 형상으로되고 체결수단은 상기 볼록부에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음방법.
