제3도는 제2도와 유사한 도면으로서, 본 발명의 다른 살시예를 도시하는 부분절개 측면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 주관의 둘레벽에 주관의 길이 방향으로 간격을 두고 형성되어 주관 내부에 형성된 흐름통로와 연통하는 다수의 관통구멍을 통해 각각 고압연료를 공급하도록 다수의 분기관이 주관에 연결되어 구성되는 고압 연료 매니폴드의 분기관 연결 구조물에 있어서, 각 관통구멍의 외단부에는 요입된 압력지지면이 외측으로 개구되어 설치되고, 일측단부에는 나사구멍이 그리고 내부에는 축방향으로 연장되는 결합구멍이 형성되어 있는 커플링 부재가, 상기 나사구멍을 형성하고 있는 벽으로 상기 압력 지지면을 에워쌀 수 있게 하는 형식으로 상기 결합 구멍에서 주관의 외측둘레면에 고정되어 있고, 상기 분기관은 연결단부와 그 단부외측 둘레에 형성된 나사면을 가지고 있고, 그 분기관에서 서로 반대방향으로 나사가 형성되어 있는 나사면들을 내, 외측 둘레에서 가지고 있는 너트가 설치되고, 분기관의 상기 연결단부가 압력 지지면과 접촉 물림을 이룬 상태에서 너트의 내,외측 나사면이 분기관의 나사면 및 커플링 부재의 나사구멍과 각각 나사결합하여 너트를 조이는 것에 의해 분기관을 주관에 체결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 고압연료 매니폴드의 분기관 연결구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분기관의 연결단부는 원추대형 또는 역모자형의 상부를 갖게끔 형성되고, 분기관의 나사면은 상기 상부의 외측 둘레에 형성되며, 압력지지면은 원추형 또는 호형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압연료 매니폴드의 분기관 연결 구조물.
