Claims (13)

  1. 금속 튜브들중의 하나이상에 연결되는 단부상에 플랜지가 제공되고 금속 튜브들은 슬리이브들 사이의 고정식 연결체를 형성하기 위해 하나의 슬리이브가 변형 자재하게 되면서 각각의 경우에 슬리이브에 의해 둘러 싸여지게 되는 상태로 얇은 벽을 갖는 소구경의 금속 튜브들을 위한 튜브 연결체에 있어서, 변형자재한 슬리이브가 조립 상태에서 내측 슬리이브로서 구조되는 다른 슬리이브의 길이부에서 일정부분에 걸쳐서 상부를 에워싸는 외측 슬라이브로서 구조되고, 내측 슬리이브에는 플랜지에 가장 근접한 단부에서 원형의 비대부분이 제공되며, 외측 슬리이브의 일부분은 상기 비대부분의 후방에서 변형자재하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외측 슬리이브가 작은 외경으로부터 큰 외경으로 변화되는 전이부를 갖고, 변형되지 않은 외측 슬리이브의 경우에 상기 전이부는 플랜지로부터 이격된 내측 슬리이브 비대부분의 연구 구역내에 배치된는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전이부가 45°미만의 각으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각이 20°인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 외측 슬리이브가 자유-유동 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  6. 선행항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내측 슬리이브의 외경이 비대부분의 후방에서 비교적 급격하게 감소되고 다시 점진적으로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 직경이 감소가 45°의 구역내에 있는 각에서 발생되고 증가는 10°구역의 각에서 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  8. 선행항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내측 슬리이브에 상기 금속튜브의 플랜지로부터 이격된 단부에 플랜지가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 외측 슬리이브가 두 개의 부품들로 구성되고 하나의 부품은 변형 자재하게 되면서 내측 슬리이브를 부분적으로 에워싸고 다른 부품은 금속튜브를 둘러싸며, 분리자재한 연결체는 상기 부품들 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 분리자재한 연결체가 나사 연결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 부품들 사이에 나사 삽입깊이를 제한하는 링이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브들중의 하나가 유니트의 연결 파이프로서 구조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 연결체.
