Abstract

본 발명은, 고정된 기둥 몸체에 동축 주입 파이프가 배치되고, 파이프의 끝이 회전성 기둥 몸체 내부를 통과하며, 고정된 기둥 몸체와 회전성 기둥 몸체가 베어링에 의해 회전가능하게 연결되고; 파이프와 연통되는 회전성 기둥 몸체 내부에 팩킹이 구비되어 있고; 팩킹의 립 부분만이 파이프와 미끄러짐 가능하게 접하고 있고; 주입 파이프와 밀봉부재인 팩킹 사이의미끄럼 저항은 낮으며; 회전성 기둥 몸체가 상당히 정확하면서 극히 가볍게 회전할 수 있는 동물용 주입 어댐터에 관한 것이다.

제2도는 제1도에 제시된 어댑터의 확대 세부도이다,
제3도는 본 발명의 동물용 주입 튜브 어댐터의 제2바랍직한 실시태양의 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 기구 측부 튜브가 연결된 고정된 기둥몸체; 동물 옆구리 튜브가 연결된 회전성 기둥 몸체; 상기 기둥 몸체들중 하나의 한쪽끝에 구비된 원통형 돌출부; 다른 기둥 몸체에 구비된, 돌출부가 삽입되는 원통형 제1리세스; 고정된 기둥 몸체가 회전성 기둥 몸체를 회전가능하게 연결시키기 위해 돌출부와 제1리세스 사이에 배치된 환형 베어링; 기둥 몸체중 하나의 말단 표면 중심부로부터 연장되고, 기둥 몸체내에 삽입된 길이보다 상기 말단표면으로 부터 더 돌출되는 동축 파이프; 다른 기둥 몸체의 말단 표면의 중심부에 구비된 동축 파이프를 수용하기 위한 원통형 제2리세스; 제2리세스를 기둥 중심선 방향으로 복수개의 챔버로 나누고, 파이프의 외면 및 제2리세스의 내면과 접촉하며, 하나의 밀봉부재에 의해서는 각 파이프의 한 챔버만이 접촉함에 따라 한 파이프의 내부에만 연결되는 파이프 주위에 고정된 하나 이상의 고리형 밀봉부재; 복수개의 챔버를 기둥 몸체의 외부와 각각 연결시키는 액체 통로; 및 각 밀봉부재의 내부 가장자리 주위에 구비되고, 압력을 받으면, 파이프로부터 가해진 액체 압력에 의해 밀봉부재가 고정되는 파이프와 접촉하게 되는 립 부분으로 구성되고, 동물과 기구 사이에서 작동하는 다수개의 튜브를 따라 중간에 배치된 어댑터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 립 부부이 원통형인 어댑터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 파이프의 외면과 접하는 립 부분의 내면이 점감형임에 따라 그 직결이 파이프의 축 중심선의 한 방향을 따라 점점 감소하고, 립 부분은, 파이프 축 중심의 상기 방향에 가해진 액체 압력에 의해 변형 되므로써 립 부분의 전체 내면이 파이프의 외면과 접하게 될 수 있을 정도로 유연성을 지닌 어댑터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 3개 이상의 챔버를 가지는 어댐터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 립 부분의 외면이 점감형인 어댐터.
