Claims (7)
- 튜브가 밀어지고 잠격지며 밀봉될 수 있는 튜브결합용 접속기 어셈블리에 있어서,(a) 한쪽 끝엔 다용도 접속기를, 다른쪽 끝엔 끝이 개방된 원통형 리세스를 가지고 있는 주요 결합몸체,(b) 삽입된 튜브에 대하여 내측 밀봉이 이루어지고 상기 리세스에 대하여 외측 밀봉이 이루어지는 상기 리세스내에 있으며, 상기 원통형 리세스의 개방된 끝을 마주하는 내부원추형 리세스를 갖고 있는 슬리이브 퍼스톤,(c) 상기 외측 원추형 부분에 대향하는 외측구형 표면을 갖는 부분적인 구형부와 상기 내측 원추형 리세스속으로 들어가게 되는 외측원추부를 갖고 있는 밀봉글랜드와,(d) 상기 밀봉글랜드의 상기 구형표면에 보완적인 내측구형 표면을 갖고있는 상기 주요결합몸체와 축방향으로 맞물릴 수 있는 리테이너 캡으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 결합용 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주요결합몸체와 상기 리테이너 캡이 연장되는 쇼울더를 원주방향으로 대향하여 스냅 접속(snap over connection)하여 맞물리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 결합용 접속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브 피스톤이 한쪽 끝엔 고리형 내측 리세스를 갖고 있으며 각 내측 및 외측 리세스 내의 0링 시일과 상기 슬리이브의길이 중심에 고리형 외측 리세스를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브결합용 리세스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브 피스톤이 상기 피스톤의 중앙부에 큰 직경부에서 끝부분에서 보다 작은 직경부까지 테이퍼져 있는 2중의 절두원추형태로 외측으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 결합용 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 글랜드의 상기 외측원추형부분이 축 방향으로 홈이 파여져 있는것을 특징으로 하는 튜브결합용 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로킹링이 상기 몸체내 반경방향 쇼울더와 상기 슬리이브 피스톤의 내측 끝사이의 상기 주요결합몸체 내 상기 끝이 개방된리세스에 위치되고, 상기 링이 고리형 내측단부를 갖고있어 삽입된 튜브의 표면에 걸어 맞추어지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브결합용 접속기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 몸체내의 상기 반경방향쇼울더가 상기 몸체의 개방된 끝으로부터 떨어져 테이퍼 져서 상기 결합 어셈블리로 튜브가 삽입되는중에 상기 로킹링을 위한 테이 퍼진 백업(back-up)쇼울더를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브결합용 접속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
