제 3 도는 제 1 도에 나타난 파이프이음에서 빼내는 힘이 스피것(Spigot)에 작용하는 상태를 나타내는 단면도, 제 4 도는 본 발명의 이탈방지 파이프이음의 제 2 실시예의 요부에 대한 단면도
Claims (2)
- 소켓(2a)의 열린 끝의 내부둘레에 형성되었고 그 소켓(2a)의 내부영역을 향하여 지름이 증가하도록 형상된 테이퍼부분(3)과, 방사상으로 팽창되고 수축될 수 있으며 그 외부둘레는 전기한 테이퍼부분(3)과 접촉하고 그 내부둘레는 스피것(1a)을 감싸는 고리모양의 형태로 원주로 분리된 구조의 로크링(4)과, 전기한 테이퍼부분(3)에 대응하여 소켓(2a)의 열린 끝에서부터 파이프체까지 지름이 증가하도록 형상된 외부둘레 소켓부분을 구성하며, 여기서 테이퍼부분(3)에 있는 소켓의 부분은 그것이 어떤 한계넘어로 빼내는 힘에 있을때 전기한 로크링(4)의 미끄러지는 것이 로크링(4)을 경유해서 테이퍼부분(3)으로 적용되도록 방사상으로 팽창을 위하여 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하나의 파이프의 끝에 형성된 스피것(1a)이 다른 파이프의 끝에 형성된 소켓(2a)내로 삽입되는 형태의 이탈방지 파이프이음.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테이퍼부분(3)으로부터 내부로 향하여 특정한 거리로 간격 지워진 위치에서 소켓(2a)의 내부둘레에 형성된 고리모양의 돌기(8)와 스피것(1a)의 외부둘레와 접촉하기 위해서 방사상으로 돌출하는 전기한 로크링(4)의 내부둘레에 고리모양으로 형성된 가장자리수단(4b)과 전기한 가장자리수단을 맞물기 위해서 스피것(1a)의 앞끝으로부터 특정한 거리로 간격 지워진 위치에서 스피것(1a)의 외부둘레에 형성된 고리모양의 그루우브(6)를 구성하고 전기한 돌기(8)는 로크링(4)과 맞물기 위해서 방사상으로 내부로 향하여 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이탈방지 파이프이음.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
