Description

本发明涉及一种管接头和连接该管接头的方法。这种管接头特别适用于塑料管和软管的连接。
众所周知,尤其通过螺旋接头连接到一起的硬聚酰胺构成的塑料管是借助一个设在螺旋接头中的环刀压入该管料,从而对管子端部提供需要的附着力。
但是,已经发现当管子承受高压力时,这种管接头的工作不再令人满意。因为一方面为了使环刀深深嵌入管料需要对管接头提供给很高的压力,因而为此用途需要昂贵的器具,而且经常没有足以工作的空间。另一方面,受实际所限制,在高压时,环刀切断管料并使管接头分离。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种本文开始所述那种管接头,该管接头在高压情况下保证牢固的连接而且制作与组装简单。
按本发明的管接头,其特点是有一个支承部分插入被连接管的内部,该支承部分配备有支承面;一个夹紧机构设置在该管外部并具有与支承部分的支承面相配合的压力(作用)面。
本发明还提供了这种管接头的连接方法,该方法可提供将一支承部分插入被连接管的端部并由此使该管形成一种向外凸起的外形,在该凸起部分上装配一个夹紧机构,其中,最好在管的凸起部分后面配装一夹紧部分,在管的凸起部分前面配装一密封部分;夹紧部分和密封部分连接在一起。
按照发明的管接头的有利特征确保了特别在涉及较大温度波动并伴随材料产生膨胀与收缩情况时,产生令人满意的密封作用。

参照图1,其中所示的管接头概括地用标号1标出,管接头中一塑料管2被推到支承部分4上,在管端3区域内连接该管。支承部分最好呈支承环状。夹紧机构5设置在该管上并在其外部。夹紧机构5包括一密封部分6和一夹紧部分8。密封部分6呈接头形式并配设有螺纹7,螺纹上旋着夹紧部分8。夹紧部分呈螺母形状。

如图2所示,内置的支承部分4有一个向外延伸的突缘15,因而构成一种变形,被连接管2的端部3伸进向外的开口槽16中就位。支承部分4的突缘15设有一个凸块17,该凸块与另一根被接管2a的支承部分4a上的一个互补凹槽相啮合。图2和图3中还可看到,向外配置的密封面18可以设置安放“O”型密封环19的凹槽。
图3表示出呈槽沟12形状的两个内置支承部分4中的凹槽9;虽然环形凹槽9也可以是对应于图1所示呈大体半圆形的横截面,但在任一情况下,方案中都具有收缩槽或切口10。也可以采用不同凹槽与适当外形的支承部分4的组合。
图4表示一个直线旋入接头32,就是说把两个对置的管端穿进共用的管螺纹配装段6b,该段属于夹紧机构5,正如图1至图3所示。如果管子由于收缩操作而回缩,这种情况下在收缩槽或切口10处仍能产生特殊的密封作用。
相对于T型接头33,图5表示一个具有分支开口13的螺纹配装段6a,该段攻有螺纹而且管子可以被旋入螺纹。此外,管配装段6a被图解为具有上述如图1至图3所示的不同形状的凹槽9;实际上,一般既可用一种形状又可用另外形状,也就是说既可设置环形凹槽9也可设置沟槽12,而不是不同的凹槽9、12正如图5中举例表示出的。
当夹紧机构被夹紧时,即以图1所示的螺母形式的夹紧部分8旋紧在密封部分6上,管2的管壁被夹紧固定在密封部分的压力面28和支承部分4的相联支承面27之间,因此构成一个可靠的管接头。如图2和图3所示,相同的作用即使夹紧机构5有两套夹紧部分8也能利用穿过夹紧部分8中的通孔34的螺栓(未示出)紧固在一起。这种情况下夹紧部分8的夹紧面29既与支承部分4的支承面27相配合,又与设在支承部分4上的密封面相配合。
图6表示用于连接管接头的设备。将支承部分4插入被接管2的端部,该管端具有端缘124,从而使管2产生向外凸起的外形,管2上装上夹紧机构5。为了易于插入支承环4,将被连接管2加热,即利用如气体或油、辐射热等热介质实现加热。在一根固定安置的杆131通过滑架或滑动器132可移动地设置一个活塞133,而被连接管2通过一个夹持装置134相对于杆131固定。活塞133具有近似同被接管2的内直径相应的直径,活塞上可装配支承部分4。活塞133的前端135区域内是锥形的,或具有相当大尺寸并在活塞上形成锥形外形的切槽136(以虚线表示)。与中央进给孔138联通的通道137开设在活塞的前端区135中。活塞133还连接到一个环形体139,该环形体以一定间隔围绕活塞设置而且其内设有通道140,通道的出口141相对活塞133的前端区135配置并指向活塞133。配置在活塞133后面的是具有一加热机构143和一压力流体源144的加热室142。温度传感器145用于将介质限制或调节成所需要的加热效果,该介质通过进给孔138流出并流进通道137、140及141。还可以提供一个加热机构(未示出)比如利用热辐射来加热管子2。活塞133的后端有横向延伸的安装面146,当活塞向前运动进入管2时支承部分4的端缘147在活塞向前推进过程中顶靠在该端面,在此情况下,由活塞133携带的支承部分4使已加热的管2向外运动而且其管壁被挤推出支承部分4的向外凸起的外形。以此方法支承环4被引入管内,然后在管2的外部固定住夹紧机构5,如图1至图3所特别表示。
活塞133可以用可更换活塞头部件用于同被接管2的不同内部直径相对应的不同大小的支承部分4。
本发明因此提供了一种能承受高压而且还能在已铺设好的管线系统中无困难地使用的管接头。除了制作费用低廉外,本发明还能保证组装简易。

Claims (15)

1、一种管接头,其特征是一个支承部分(4)被插入被接管子(2)的内部而且支承部分具有支承面(26、27),一个夹紧机构(5)配置在该管外部并具有与该支承部分(4)的支承面(26、27)相配合的压力面(28、29)。
2、按权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于该支承部分包括一个支承环(4),该支承环具有至少一个沿其周缘向外伸出的凸起部分(25),最好采取一个延伸出支承环周缘的凸起外形的环,该凸起部分被压入管(2)。
3、按权利要求2所述的管接头,其特征在于:该凸起部分(25)以约30度角的圆锥形状突出。
4、按权利要求2所述的管接头,其特征在于:该支承环(4)有一管状延伸部分(31),该部分最好末端为约10度角的锥形。
5、按权利要求1至4中的一项所述的管接头其特征在于,该夹紧机构(5)包含配置在凸起部分(25)后面的夹紧部分(8)和设置在凸起部分(25)前面的密封部分(6),该夹紧部分与密封部分两者被连接在一起。
6、按权利要求5所述的管接头,其特征在于,该密封部分(6)设置有外螺纹,该夹紧部分(8),以螺母形式旋到密封部分(6)上或者通过螺栓连接(34)把密封部分(6)与夹紧部分(8)连接起来。
7、按权利要求5所述的管接头,其特征在于:该夹紧机构(5)包括两个被连接在一起的夹紧部分(8)。
8、按权利要求1到7中的一项所述的管接头,其特征在于:设置在管端区域内的一个环形凹槽(9)最好大体为半圆形横截面,管的端部(3)可插入该槽,凹槽(9)在开口区域内设有一种收缩槽或切口(10),管的端部可以被插入其中。
9、按权利要求1至7中的一项所述的管接头,其特征在于:该凹槽(9)大体为沟状外形(12),并与被接管(2)的管壁厚度对应,而且是斜着向外延伸。
10、按权利要求1至9中的一项所述的管接头,其特征在于:管端(3)倾斜地伸向内置的支承部分(4)和外置的夹紧机构(5)之间,凹槽(9)靠近夹紧机构(5)的内壁面(14),以向外方向弯过管端(3)。
11、按权利要求1至9中的一项所述的管接头,其特征在于:设置在被接管中管端(3)区域内的支承部分(4)有一个向外延伸的突缘(15)并形成管端(3)用的凹槽(9、16)。
12、按权利要求11所述的管接头,其特征在于,支承部分(4)的突缘(15)配备有一环形凸块(17),该凸块与另一根被接管(2a)的支承部分(4a)上的一个互补凹槽相啮合。
13、一种权利要求1至12中一项所述管接头的连接方法,其特征在于:将一支承部分插入被接管的端部并将上述凸起的外形赋予管子,再将夹紧机构配装到凸起部分上。
14、按权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于:该被连接管,尤其包含塑料管,被加热,然后将支承部分由管端压入该管。
15、按权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:被连接管通过热辐射或利用包括气体或液体的介质而加热。
