Claims (7)

  1. 물, 가스, 공기 또는 기타 유체를 수송하는 금속파이프등을 접속하기 위한 플랜지를 가지며, 상기 플랜지는 전기적으로 절연되어 있어 파이프등을 접속할 수 있으며 전기적 연속성을 피할 수 있도록 된 원통형커플링으로서, 상기 플랜지는 상기 원통형커플링이 장착되는 파이프라인의 외부 직경 보다 내부직경을 가지는 칼라를 포함하여 구성되며, 앞쪽면에서부터 시작하여, 상기 원통형커플링이 장착되는 파이프라인의 그들의 각각에 대응하는 직경과 동일한 외부 및 내부직경을 가지는 원통형 요소(4)의 한쪽 끝단에 주변 원통형 팽창부(6)가 분리된 방식으로 수납되도록 형성되는 홈(3)및 버트용접등이 미리 실시된 다른쪽 끝단(5)을 가지며, 상기 팽창부(6)의 상부대향면(7)은 머리가 잘린 원추형이며 짧은 고리형 돌기(8)에서 끝나고, 몇개의 단단한 절연 스페이서(15)가 상기 상부대향면(7)상에 고정되며, 상기 팽창부(6)의 하부대향면(9)에는 고리형 융기부(10)가 마련되며, 상기 원통형 요소(4)는 팽창부(6)를 포함하는 그의 외부 및 내부연장면에 걸쳐서 절연피막(11)에 의하여 덮이며, 플랜지(1) 상의 팽창부(6) 및 홈(3)의 대향면에 의하여 형성되는 원통형 관은 절연 밀폐링(12)과, 그의 내부 지름이 원통형 요소(4)와, 동일하며 높은 내압성을 가지는 열경화성 절연 플라스틱 재료로된 링형상요소(13)상의 상부대 향면의 주변고리형돌기(14)를 수납하며, 절연요소(13)의 하부대향면에는 고리형 융기부(10')가 마련되며, 상술 한 돌기(14)의 내부지름 및 요소(13)전체의 외부지름은 이들이 강하게, 또한 각각 원통형요소(4)의 팽창부(6)에 끼워지고 플랜지(1)상의 홈(3)내로 삽입될수 있도록되며, 상기 고리형돌기(14)의 두께는 플랜지(1)상의 내부면(3')에 의하여 형성되는 고리형 공간내에 원형 밀피링(12)을 강하게 수납할 수 있도록 형성되며, 이에 따라 팽창부(6)및 고리형 돌기(8)의 외부 원통형면은 부가적인 밀폐능력을 만들며, 플랜지(1)상의 칼라(2)의 내주면과 원통형요소(4)의 외부면 사이의 공간이 종합수지에 의하여 채워지는 원통형 커플링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 절연된 플랜지(17)는 소직경 파이프용이며 용접된 칼라(18)를 가진 통상의 플랫형이며, 원통형요소(20)에는 그의 하부 끝단에 2개의 대향면을 가지며 그의 외부 직경이 칼라(18)의 내부 직경보다 작은 팽창부가 형성되며, 팽창부(21)의 하부대향면에는 고리형 융기부(22)가 마련되거나 마련되며, 원통형요소(20)의 상부끝단은 나사가 형성되거나 또는 버트(butt) 용접을 위하여 미리 가공되며, 상기 원통형 요소(20)의 내부 및 외부면의 대부분은, 팽창부(21)를 포함하여 절연물질(23)로 피복되며, 종합수지는, 직경 De이 점차적으로 감소되어 측면도상에서 볼때 처음에는 직선적이나 오목한 면이 이어지는 만곡형이 외부면을 가지는 고내압성 절연물질로 된 슬리이브(24)에 의하여 대체되며, 슬리이브(24)의 전체축 길이는 칼라(18)의 축길이보다 크며, 상기 슬리이브(24)는 원통형요소(20)의 외부면과 동일한 직경을 가지고 상기 원통형 요소(20)의 팽창부(21)를 수납하도록 홈(25)이 마련되는 원통형 내부면을 가지며, 상기 슬리이브(24)와 함께 원통형요소(20)는 절연 밀폐워셔 19)가 미리 위치된 칼라(18)내로 삽입되며, 마지막으로 칼라(18)는 슬리이브(24)의 외부면에 강하게 닿을 때까지 적절한 압력다이에 의하여 변형되고, 일단 칼라(18)가 변형되며, 상기 슬리이브(24)는 상기 칼라(18)의 모서리를 지나 수 밀리미터 돌출되는 원통형 커플링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 요소(13)의 하부대향면과 팽창부(6)의 하부대향면은 각각 고리형 융기부(10')및 (10)를 가지지 않는 원통형 커플링.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단단한 플라스틱 요소(13)의 하부대향면은 밀폐가스켓으로서 기능할 수 있는 1밀리미터 두께 범위내의 층을 가지거나 밀폐링 수납하도록 하나 이상의 고리형 홈이 마련되는 원통형 커플링.
  5. 상기 항에 있어서, 플랜지는 강철파이프라인으로 부터 주조강 파이프 라인을 분리할 수 있도록 강철외에 주조강으로 만들어지는 원통형 커플링.
  6. 상기 항에 있어서, 플랜지(1)상의 홈(3)및 요소(4)상의 팽창부(4)는 그들의 대향면이 에라스토머 밀폐요소를 담을 수 있는 수 밀리미터의 관을 형성하는 한, 상이한 형상을 가질수 있는 원통형 커플링.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 원통형요소(20)는 동으로 구성될 수있으며 브레이징에 의하여 동파이프에 접속될 수 있는 종형상 자유끝단을 가지는 원통형 커플링.
