Claims (4)
- 내주면 및 외주면에 나선형의 굴곡부가 형성된 일정 길이의 파형강관과, 상기 파형강관의 내부에 삽입되어 결합부재를 매개로 결합되는 평활수지관을 포함하는 이중구조를 갖는 파형강관에 있어서,상기 결합부재는, 상기 파형강관(10)의 양측 단부에 결합되어 일정 높이로 돌출되되, 상기 파형강관(10)의 단면형상이 경사진 날개부(16)의 내주면에 경사면(32)이 밀착되고, 상기 경사면(32)의 일측에 예각을 갖는 수평면(33)이 상기 평활수지관(20)의 양측 단부의 외주면에 결합되는 고정판(30)과;상기 고정판(30)의 경사면(32) 타측의 둔각을 갖는 돌출부(34)에 일측이 밀착되고, 타측이 상기 날개부(16)의 외주면에 밀착되는 고정편(40)과;상기 고정편(40)의 내부에 상기 파형강관(10)과 평활수지관(20)을 일체로 접합시키도록 채워지는 접합수지(50)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조를 갖는 파형강관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파형강관(10)의 양측 단부의 외주면에는 상기 고정편(40)에 밀착되는 고리형의 플랜지(45)가 구비되고, 상기 플랜지(45)의 주연부에는 일정 간격으로 결합공(46)이 형성되어 상호 볼트결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조을 갖는 파형 강관.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 플랜지(45)는 상기 굴곡부(12)의 돌출면(14)을 감싸도록 단면이 '∩'형상으로 형성되어 단부가 상기 굴곡부(12)의 삽입면(13)에 밀착되고, 일측면이 상기 고정편(40)에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중구조를 갖는 파형강관.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 평활수지관(20)은 일정 길이로 제조된 다수개의 합성수지의 평판을 각각 열융착 또는 고주파융착한 후 원형으로 형성시킨 평활관인 것을 특징으로 이중구조를 갖는 파형강관.
