Abstract

본 발명은 공기조화기의 운전제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 공기 조화기의 냉매순환용 압축기의 회전수의 제어형태를 운전개시로부터의 시간에 대한 회전수 패턴(Nst(t))로서 미리 기억해 두고 압축기의 회전수를 그 회전수패턴(N(t))에 따라서 제어하고, 또 공기 조화기의 운전개시로부터 안정운전에 이르기까지의 공기조화기 전체의 총전류(It1)에 대한 설정값을 전류패턴(t1(t))으로서 미리 설정하고 총전류(It1)를 전류패턴(t1(t))에 따라서 그것을 넘지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 공기조화기의 운전제어방법에 있어서의 압축기 회전수 기준의 운전패턴의 한 예를 나타내는 도면,
제2도는 본 발명을 적용하는 공기조화기 및 제어장치의 계통도,
제3도는 제1도의 운전패턴을 실시하는 전체적인 순서를 나타내는 흐름도.

Claims (12)

  1. 공기조화기의 냉매 순환용 압축기 회전수의 제어형태를 운전개시시점으로부터의 경과시간에 따라 회전수가 변화하는 회전수 패턴으로 미리 기억해 두고, 상기 압축기의 회전수를 상기 회전수 패턴에 따라서 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원격 제어기로부터의 능력변경지령에 따라서 목표) 회전수를 직접 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전수 패턴은 a)초기상승모드, b)최고회전수모드, c)목표회전수에 대한 이행모드 및 d)목표회전수모드의 적어도 4개의 모드로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 최고회전수를 전회의 운전정지시점으로부터 이번회의 운전개시시점 사이의 경과시간인 운전정지시간(τe)의 함수로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 최고회전수 모드의 진행시간(τb)을 운전정지시간(τe)및 설정회전수의 변화량(ΔN)에 따라서 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전 제어방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 최고회전수로부터 목표회전수로 이행시키는 이행모드에 있어서 압축기 회전수를 소정의 변화율을 갖고 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  7. 공기조화기의 운전개시로부터 안정운전에 이르기까지의 공기조화기의 전류를 제어형태를 전류태턴으로서 미리 기억해 두고, 상기 공기조화기의 전류를 상기 전류패턴에 따라서 그 전류패턴값을 초과하지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전류패턴을 ㄹ3개의 구간, 즉 a)운전개시로부터 전류상승구간을 거쳐서 초기전류(Ia)를 계속 흘리는 제1구간, b)목표전류(Ic)로 서서히 변화시키는 제2구간 및 c)목표전류(Ic)에 상당하는 전류를 흘리는 제3구간으로 이루어지는 것으로서 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전 제어방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 목표전류(Ic)의 값, 초기전류(Ia)의 값 및 제1구간의 시간(τab)을 설정온도 변화지령에 따라서 변경하여 다음 운전개시기에 그 변경값을 기초로 하여 초기설정을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 3개의 구간마다 설정온도 변화지령에 따라서 각 구간의 설정전류값 또는 시간을 변경할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전제어방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 공기조화기의 전류(It1)에 대하여 최대 전류값(Imax)및 최소전류값(Imin)을 설정하고 총전류(It1)가 최대 전류값(Imax)및 최소전류값(Imin)의 사이에 들어가도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전 제어방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 최소전류값(Imin)과 전류값 0의 사이는 압축기 ONㆍOFF운전으로 하고, 운전개시로부터 경과된 공기조화기 운전시간에 대한 압축기 ON시간의 비를 목표전류(Ist)에 비례하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 운전 제어방법.
