Claims (6)
- 電源部と、
少なくとも一つのPTCヒータを有する加熱部と、
前記電源部にPTCヒータを接続するための複数の端子を有する端子部と、
前記加熱部の出力を制御するヒータ出力制御部と、
前記各端子に対応して設けられるとともに前記各端子にPTCヒータが接続されている場合に通電によって所定のパルス信号を生成する複数のパルス信号生成部と
を備え、
前記各端子へのPTCヒータの接続状態と未接続状態とを前記パルス信号の有無によって検出し、検出された接続状態の前記PTCヒータの数量に応じて前記ヒータ出力制御部による前記加熱部の出力制御を可変したことを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記パルス信号生成部は前記PTCヒータの接続状態の時に前記電源部の周期に応じて前記パルス信号を発生することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記電源部のゼロクロスを検出するゼロクロス検出部を備え、前記電源部のゼロクロスを検知する毎に前記パルス信号生成部の出力を取得することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気調和機。
- タイマの計時によって前記電源部の周期に対して整数倍以外の周期で前記パルス信号生成部の出力を取得することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記PTCヒータの接続状態か否かを複数回検知した検知結果に基づいて前記ヒータ出力制御部により前記加熱部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記加熱部の電流値を検知する電流検知部を設け、前記ヒータ出力制御部は接続状態の前記PTCヒータの数量に応じて、前記加熱部の電流値の上限を可変することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
