Description
図1に示すように、圧縮機1の吐出口に四方弁2を介して水熱交換器3の冷媒流路の一端が配管接続され、その冷媒流路の他端が減圧器である膨張弁4を介して空気熱交換器5a,5bの一端に配管接続される。そして、空気熱交換器5a,5bの他端が上記四方弁2およびアキュームレータ6を介して圧縮機1の吸込口に配管接続される。これら配管接続により、ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルが構成される。空気熱交換器5a,5bの近傍に、室外ファン7a,7bが配置される。室外ファン7a,7bは、外気を吸込みその吸込み空気を空気熱交換器5a,5bに通す。
[給湯運転モード]
コントローラ40は、操作表示器41の操作、操作表示器41の設定温度、温水温度センサ33の検知温度Ttなどに応じた運転開始条件の成立を監視する(ステップS1)。運転開始条件が成立した場合(ステップS1のYES)、コントローラ40は、実際に運転を開始する前の処置として、循環ポンプ12の運転をオンするとともに、室外ファン7a,7bの運転をオンする(ステップS2)。
コントローラ40は、操作表示器41の操作、操作表示器41の設定温度、被空調空間の雰囲気温度(室内温度)などに応じた運転開始条件の成立を監視する(ステップS1)。運転開始条件が成立した場合(ステップS1のYES)、コントローラ40は、実際に運転を開始する前の処置として、循環ポンプ12の運転をオンするとともに、室外ファン7a,7bの運転をオンする(ステップS2)。
なお、コントローラ40の上記(4)の第4制御手段に代えて、次の(4x)の第4制御手段を採用してもよい。
Claims (3)
- 圧縮機、水熱交換器、減圧器、蒸発器を有し、前記水熱交換器に流れる水を前記圧縮機の吐出冷媒で温めて温水とするヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルと、
外気を吸込んで前記ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルの蒸発器に通す室外ファンと、
前記室外ファンにより吸込まれる外気の温度を検知する外気温度センサと、
前記水熱交換器から流出する温水を給湯用タンクまたは暖房用放熱器に送り、その給湯用タンクまたは暖房用放熱器から流出する温水を前記水熱交換器に流入させる循環ポンプと、
前記水熱交換器から流出する温水を加熱する補助熱源と、
前記水熱交換器に戻る温水の温度を検知する温水温度センサと、
前記ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルの運転および前記補助熱源の運転を前記外気温度センサの検知温度および前記温水温度センサの検知温度に応じて制御するとともに、前記ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルの運転開始前または前記補助熱源の運転開始前に前記室外ファンおよび前記循環ポンプを動作させる制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするヒートポンプ式熱源装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルの運転を停止して前記補助熱源を運転する場合に、前記室外ファンを断続運転する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒートポンプ式熱源装置。 - 前記室外ファンは、第1室外ファンおよび第2室外ファンであり、
前記外気温度センサは、前記第1室外ファンにより吸込まれる外気の温度を検知する、
前記制御手段は、前記ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルの運転開始前に前記第1室外ファンを動作させて前記第2室外ファンを停止する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒートポンプ式熱源装置。
