Description
図1に示すように、圧縮機1の吐出口に四方弁2を介して水熱交換器11の冷媒流路の一端が配管接続され、その冷媒流路の他端が減圧器である膨張弁3を介して熱源側熱交換器4a,4bの一端に配管接続されている。そして、熱源側熱交換器4a,4bの他端が四方弁2およびアキュームレータ5を介して圧縮機1の吸込口に配管接続されている。これら配管接続により、ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルが構成されている。
操作表示器21で暖房運転の開始操作があった場合(ステップS1のYES)、制御部20は、ポンプ13の運転をオンする(ステップS2)。そして、制御部20は、タイムカウントt1を開始し(ステップS3)、そのタイムカウントt1と予め定めた一定時間ta(例えば3分)とを比較する(ステップS4)。
Claims (4)
- 圧縮機、水熱交換器、減圧器、熱源側熱交換器を有し、前記水熱交換器に流れる水を前記圧縮機の吐出冷媒で温めるヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルと、
前記水熱交換器と負荷との間で水を循環させるポンプと、
前記循環する水の温度Twを検知する水温度センサと、
前記水温度センサの検知温度Twに応じて前記圧縮機および前記ポンプを制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
当該装置の運転開始に際し前記ポンプの運転をオンし、このポンプの運転がオンしてから一定時間taが経過した後、前記水温度センサの検知温度Twが前記設定温度Tws未満の場合に前記圧縮機の運転をオンして前記設定温度Tws以上の場合に前記圧縮機の運転をオフする第1制御手段と、
前記第1制御手段により前記圧縮機の運転がオフしてから一定時間tbが経過した時点の前記水温度センサの検知温度Tw2が前記設定温度Twsに至るのに必要な温度変化量(=Tw2−Tws)を、前記一定時間tbにおける単位時間当たりの温度変化量[=(Tw1−Tw2)/tb]で除算することにより、前記第1制御手段により前記圧縮機の運転がオフして前記一定時間tbが経過した時点から次にオンするまでの所要時間tx1{=(Tw2−Tws)/[(Tw1−Tw2)/tb]}を推定する第1演算手段と、
前記第1制御手段により前記圧縮機の運転がオフしてから前記一定時間tbが経過した時点で前記ポンプの運転をオフする第2制御手段と、
前記第2制御手段により前記ポンプの運転がオフしてから前記第1演算手段で推定した前記所要時間tx1が経過した時点で前記ポンプの運転を前記一定時間taだけオンする第3制御手段と、
前記第3制御手段により前記ポンプの運転がオンする前記一定時間taにおいて前記第1制御手段による前記圧縮機の運転オンがない場合、前記第1制御手段により前記圧縮機の運転がオフして前記一定時間tbが経過してから前記所要時間tx1と前記一定時間taとを合わせた時間が経過した時点の前記水温度センサの検知温度Tw3が前記設定温度Twsに至るのに必要な温度変化量(=Tw3−Tws)を、前記所要時間tx1と前記一定時間taとを合わせた時間における単位時間当たりの温度変化量[=(Tw2−Tw3)/(tx1+ta)]で除算することにより、前記第3制御手段による前記ポンプの運転オンが終了した時点から前記圧縮機の運転がオンするまでの所要時間tx2{=(Tw3−Tws)/[(Tw2−Tw3)/(tx1+ta)]}を推定する第2演算手段と、
前記第3制御手段による前記ポンプの運転オンが終了した時点から前記第2演算手段で推定した前記所要時間tx2が経過した時点で前記ポンプの運転を前記一定時間taだけオンして前記第2演算手段の処理に戻る第4制御手段と、
を含む
ことを特徴とするヒートポンプ式熱源装置。 - 前記第2制御手段は、前記第1制御手段により前記圧縮機の運転がオフしてから前記一定時間tbが経過したとき、前記第1演算手段で推定した所要時間tx1が所定時間tc以上であることを条件に、前記ポンプの運転をオフする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ式熱源装置。 - 外気の温度Toを検知する外気温度センサ、

前記制御部は、
前記第2制御手段または前記第4制御手段により前記ポンプの運転がオフした場合に、前記設定温度Twsに変化があったとき、または前記外気温度センサの検知温度Toに変化があったとき、または当該装置の運転開始操作があったとき、前記圧縮機の運転をオンして前記第1制御手段の処理に戻る第5制御手段、
を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のヒートポンプ式熱源装置。 - 前記制御部は、
変動インターバル運転モードが指定された場合に、前記第1制御手段、第1演算手段、第2制御手段、第3制御手段、第2演算手段、および第4制御手段の処理を実行する、
固定インターバル運転モードが指定された場合に、前記ポンプの一定時間tonの運転オンと一定時間toffの運転オフとを交互に繰り返し、かつ前記ポンプが運転オンしているときの前記水温度センサの検知温度Twと設定温度Twsとの対比に基づいて前記圧縮機の運転をオン,オフ制御する、
連続運転モードが指定された場合に、前記ポンプの運転を連続的にオンし、かつ前記水温度センサの検知温度Twと設定温度Twsとの対比に基づいて前記圧縮機の運転をオン,オフ制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のヒートポンプ式熱源装置。
