Abstract

본 발명은 친수성의 미분된 거대다공성 알루미늄 옥사이드, 실리콘 옥사이드, 티타늄 옥사이드 또는 지르코늄 옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 혼합 옥사이드를 110 내지 800℃에서 건조시키고, 알루미녹산과 반응시킨 다음, 다작용성 유기 가교결합제와 반응시킴을 포함하는 촉매 지지체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 추가의 단계에서, 촉매 지지체를 메탈로센과 활성화제의 반응 생성물과 함께 혼합하여, 특히 올레핀의 중합에 사용되는 지지된 메탈로센 촉매를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. a)친수성의 미분된 거대다공성 알루미뉴 옥사이드, 실리콘 옥사이드, 티타늄 옥사이드 또는 지르코늄 옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 혼합 옥사이드를 110 내지 800℃에서 건조시키고, b)알루미녹산과 반응시킨 다음, c)다작용성 유기 가교결합제와 반응시킴을 포함하는, 촉매 지지체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이작용성 가교결합제가 단계 c)에서 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 디올, 디아민 도는 디에폭사이드 화합물 또는 이의 혼합물이 단계 c)에서 가교결합제로서 사용되는 방법.
  4. 다작용성 유기 가교결합제에 의해 가교결합된, 친수성의 미분된 거대다공성 알루미늄 옥사이드, 티타늄 옥사이드 또는 지르코늄 옥사이드,또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 혼합 옥사이드와 알루미녹산을 기본으로 하는 촉매 지지체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알루미녹산의 톨루엔-가용성 비율이, 사용되는 알루미녹산 중의 Al의 mole을 기준으로 하여, 0.01내지 1.4mol%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.04 내지 0.08mol%인 촉매 지지체.
  6. 메탈로센과 활성화제의 반응 생성물과 제1항 또는 제4상에 따르는 촉매 지지체와의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 지지된 메탈로센 촉매.
  7. 메탈로센과 활성화제의 반응 생성물과 제1항 또는 제4항에 따르는 촉매 지지체와의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 지지된 메탈로센 촉매가 중합 촉매로서 사용되는, 올레핀을 중합시키거나 공중합시켜 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,알루미늄 알킬이 중합에 추가로 사용되는 방법.
