Abstract
본 발명은 3차 아민-산화물 중의 셀룰로오스의 가열된 용액의 압출에 의해 셀룰로오스 필름을 제조하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 장치는 압출슬릿(15)을 갖는 압출다이를 가지며, 압출필름을 냉각시키기 위한 냉각기체 공급원(2c)가 압출다이 아래에 직접 배열된다. 이 장치는 특히 셀룰오로스 관형 필름을 생성시키기 위해 적합하다.

Claims (17)
- 압출구멍(5)을 갖는 압출다이(1a;1b)로 이루어지며, 압출구멍(5)바로 아래에 냉각기체용 입구(2a;2b;2c;11a)가 제공되어 압출된 시이트(3a;3b)를 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는, 3차 아민-산화물 중의 셀룰로오스의 가열된 용액의 압출에 의한 셀룰로오스 시이트의 제조를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출구멍(5)외 양측면 모두 냉각기체용 입구(2a;2b;2c;11a)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 관형 필름의 제조를 위채 압출다이(1a;1b)의 압출구멍(5)가 고리형으로 설계되고, 냉각기체용 입구(2c)가 고리 외측에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 관형 필름의 제조를 위해 압출다이의 압출구멍(5)이 고리형으로 설계되고, 냉각기체용 입구(11a)및 사용된 냉각기체용 출구(11b)가 압출구멍(5)에 의해 형성된 고리의 중심에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 냉각기체용 입구(11a)가, 냉각기체가 압출구멍(5)의 출구 에지상으로 향할 정도로 설계됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 압출구멍(5)에 의해 형성된 고리 외측에 위치한, 추가의 냉각기체용 입구(2c)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압출구멍(5)에 의해 형성된 고리의 중심에. 셀룰로오스 침전제용 입구(12a)및 셀룰로오스 침전욕 액체용 출구(12b)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전욕 액체용 출구(18)아래에, 하나 이상의 간격판(16)이 제공되어 침전욕내의 압출된 필름(3b)의 파괴를 방지함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 가열된 상태의 3차 아민-산화물 중의 셀룰로오스의 용액을 압출구멍(5)을 갖는 압출다이(1a; 1b)를 통해 압출시키고, 가열된 압출용액을 침전욕내로 공급하여 용해된 셀룰로오스를 침전시키는 것을 포함하며, 가열된 압출용액을 압출직후에, 그리고 침전욕내로의 도입전에 기류에 노출시켜서 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 시이트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 압출방향이 기류에 대해 직각임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 가열된 압출용액이 2개의 기류에 노출됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 2개의 기류가 반대 측면에서 가열된 압출용액에 충돌하는 방식으로, 가열된 압출용액이 2개의 기류에 노출됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 관형 필름의 제조를 위해, 가열된 셀룰로오스 용액을 고리형 압출구멍을 갖는 압출다이를 통해 튜브의 형태로 압출시키며, 가열된 관형 압출용액을 그 외측에서·기류에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 관형 필름의 제조를 위해, 가열된 셀룰로오스 용액을 고리형 압출구멍(5)을 갖는 압출다이(1a;1b)를 통해 튜브의 형태로 압출시키며, 가열된 관형 압출용액을 그 내측에서 기류에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 가열된 관형 압출용액을 그 내측 뿐만 아니라 외측에서 기류에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서, 가열된 압출용액을 냉각직후에, 그리고 침전욕내로의 도입전에 내측에서 셀룰로오스 침전제와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차 아민-산화물로서 N-메틸 모르폴린-N-옥시드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
