Abstract
본 발명은 무단변속기의 변속비를 조절하여 주는 장치에 관한것이다. 구동엔진의 정상기준회전수치는 삼차원 주행곡선에서 취해진다. 정상 기준회전수치는 기준치-필터(3)의 신호입력에 유도된다. 이의 기준치필터(3)로 과도 기준회전수치의 결과는 정상기준 회전수치가 급격히 변동할때에는 과도 응답의 주어진 상관관계(배열)에 의해서 가변적이다.
이에 따라서 주관적인 주행성을 참작하고 경제성에 입각하여 정력학적 및 동력학적 조정상태에 대응하여 합리적 조정대책이 이루어진다.

제1도는 무단변속기의 변속비를 제어하기 위한 장치를 포함한 블록회로도,
제2도는 그의 동적상태가 바변인 기준치 필터의 블록회로도,
제3도는 가능한 제어 상태의 다양한 특성을 포함한 도표,
제4도는 특정주행상태어 따른 다양한 제어시간을 조정하기 위한 기능회로의 블록회로도및 제5도는 구조가변 조속기의 블록회로도.
Claims (8)
- 가속페달에 의해서 구동엔진의 기준회전수가 부여되며 이것은 구동엔진의 측정된 실제회전수와 대비되고 조속기(5)의 위치신호(U)가 목표-및 실제 회전수의 차이에 따라 유도되는 바 무단변속기의 변속비를 바꾸기 위한 조정 장치로 되어 있으며 구동엔진과 출력조정장치를 가진 차량의 무단변속기의 변속비를 조정하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 정상 기준회전수-치(nM-목표)는 출력제어장치(스류틀밸브나 컨트롤레버등)위치 (알파-DK)의 배열과 기준 회전수치(nM-기준)에 대한 차량주행속도(vF)에 해당되는 주행특성곡선에서 취해지며 기준치-필터(3)의 신호입력으로 유도되며 이의 출력측에 과도응답에 따라 변하는 과도적 기준회전수치(nM-기준-dyn)로 되며 조속기(5)에 제어차(xD)가 피딩되는데 이 xD는 구동엔진의 과도적 기준회전수치(nM-기준-dyn)와 실제회전수치(nM)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정상 기준회전수치(nM-기준-dyn)의 급격한 변화의 경우 과도 기준-회전수치(nM-기준-dyn)의 과정은 특수주행상태에 따라 과도응답의 상관관계에 의해서 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기준치필터(3)는 일차지연회로(tl-회로)를 포함하며 그의 시정수(tl)는 특수한 주행상태에 따라 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 기준치필터(3)는 두개의 직렬로 연결된 일차지연회로(7, 8)로 되어 있으며 그의 시정수 과도응답의 과정은 일차 시정수(11)와 동조계수(k)와의 곱으로 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 및 제2항 내지 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 견인구동의 특수한 주행상태에 대하여 시정수(tl)는 특성곡선을 포함하고 있는 특성곡선 라이브러리(11)에서 취해지며 과도 기준회전수치(nM-기준-dyn)와 구동엔진(nM-기준)의 정상기준 회전수치와 과동기준 회전수치(nM-기준-dyn)와 차이의 상관관계가 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 추력구동의 특수한 주행상태에 대하여 시정수(11)는 특성곡선을 가진 특성곡선 라이브러리(12)에서 취해지며 과도적 기준회전수치(nM-기준-dyn)와 차량 주행속도(vF)의 상관관계가 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 특수한 주행상태인 ″킥다운″에 대하여 시정수(tl)는 특성곡선을 가진 특성곡선 라이브러리(13)에서 취해지며 이는 구동엔진의 실제회전수(nM)의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제7항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 특수주행상태에 따른 시정수(tl)는 회전신호를 위하여 구조변환기(10)가 감안되어 있으며 특성곡선 또는 특성곡선 라이브러리(11, 12, 13)가 목표치필터(3)와 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
