Abstract
본 발명은 처리될 N2O를 함유하는 가스를 분출시키고, 방전 및/또는 아크릴 발생시키기 위해서 전압이 가해지고, 전극(10a 내지 10f) 사이를 흐르는 방전 및/또는 아크의 형성으로 작동으로 저온 플라즈마 발생기(4)의 일부인 2개이상의 분기전극(10a 내지 10f)의 간극(11)에 상기의 분출 가스를 보내 가스가 전극이 상호 가장가까운 방전 및/또는 아크 지역(11)으로부터 전극을 따라 순환하도록하고, 형성된 NOx를 함유하는 가스를 회수하는 것으로 구성되는 N2O의 NOx(X=1 또는 2) 및/또는 이의 유도체로의 변환 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기의 방법을 실행하기위한 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- N2O를 방전 및/또는 아크하에 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 N2O의 NOx(X=1 또는 2) 및/또는 이의 유도체로의 플라즈마-화학적 전환 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리될 N2O를 함유하는 가스를 분출시키고, 방전 및/또는 아크를 발생시키기 위해서 전압이 가해지고, 전극(10a 내지 10f)사이를 흐르는 방전 및/또는 아크의 형상으로 작동하는 저온 플라즈마 발생기(4)의 일부인 2개이상의 분기 전극(10a 내지 10f)의 간극(11)에 상기의 분출 가스를 보내 가스가 전극이 상호 가장 가까운 방전 및/또는 아크지역(11)으로부터 전극을 따라 순환하도록하고, 형성된 NOx를 함유하는 가스를 회수하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 형성된 NOx를 함유하는 가스를 질산의 수득을 가능하게하는 전환 처리를 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 처리법이 바람직하게는 수 냉각 시스템과 결합된 컬럼상의 수 옥시도-흡수인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 방전 및/또는 아크의 간극(11)에 주입된 가스는 수증기가 없거나 실질적으로 수증기가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, N2O의 NOx로의 전환을 0 내지 10×105Pa, 바람직하게는 0 내지 6×105Pa, 좀더 바람직하게는 정상 대기압(105Pa)의 압력에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방전대내의 분출 가스의 유입 온도가 0내지 800℃, 바람직하게는 400 내지 700℃로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기 유입구에서의 분출 가스의 속도가 5 내지 30m/s, 바람직하게는 7 내지 20m/s, 좀더 바람직하게는 10m/s정도의 수치에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리될 가스를 방전 및/또는 아크대내의 난류 지역(11)을 거치게 하는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방전 및/또는 아크대를 통과하기전의 처리될 가스는 NOx가 없거나 실질적으로 NOx가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 10항중 어느 한 하에 있어서, 반응기내에서 소비되는 전력을 0.01 내지 1KWh/유입 N2O의 Kg, 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 0.5KWh/유입 N2O의 Kg, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.15±0.05KWh/유입 N2O의 Kg정도로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 슬라이딩 방전 및/또는 아크의 형성으로 작동하는 저온 플라즈마 발생기(4)를 포함하는 단열성 자켓(2) 및 가스를 분출시키기 위한 수단(3)으로 구성되는 반응기(1)를 포함함을 특징으로하는 제1내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기위한 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 발생기(4)가 동력공급수단(12)과 연결되고 확장하는 방전 및/또는 아크대(11)를 한정하도록 배열된 세쌍의 분기전극(10a 내지 10f)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 방치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 발생기(4)외에, “피스톤”유형일수 있으며, 수득한 NOx을 질산으로 전환시키기위한 모듈일수 있는 N2O의 NOx로의 전환대(6)인 난류대(11)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제12내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기 및/또는 전극을 구성하는 재료가 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
