Abstract
본 발명은 차체로 둘러싸인 공간을 최적으로 이용하기 위하여, 동력장치와 연료공급장치를 포함하는 하나의 기본단위가 장착된 자동차에 관한 것으로서 여기에서는 소규모의 동력장치에서 큰 능률을 얻기 위하여 성형모터를 사용하고, 자동차를 선택적으로 조작하기 위하여 하나 또는 2개의 원동기를 장비하고, 특히 자동차를 하이브리드식(혼합식)으로 장비하고, 자동차를 조작하는데 필요한 보조장치와 조작장치들을 한편으로는 공간을 최대한 절약하는 방법으로, 다른 한편으로는 되도록 미리조립할 수 있는 방법으로 장착시킴으로써 이러한 구성부품들을 최대한으로 기본단위내에 통합시킨다. 그외에도, 기본단위의 구성부품들은 그 규격이 통일되어 있고, 서로 교환할 수 있다.

Claims (25)
- 하나의 지지관, 서로 독립적으로 동작할 수 있고, 기본단위의 종축에 대하여 대칭적으로 배치되어 있고, 보조장치가 포함되어 있는 적어도 2개의 원동기, 하나의 기어박스, 해당 토크전도장치가 포함된 적어도 하나 이상의 차축전도장치 등으로 구성되어 있고, 2개의 원동기가 하나의 접속케이스에 의하여 지지판에 접속되어 있고, 각각 분리커플링을 거쳐 단독으로 또는 공동으로 기어박스의 입력회전축과 결합될 수 있는 자동차용 기본단위로서, 지지관(1)이 압출형강의 세로분절에 의하여 형성되고, 접속케이스(9)와 움직이지 아니하게 결합되어 있고, 원동기(2,3 또는 3a)에 모터 케이스내에 배치된 자체의 플라이휠이 제공되어 있고, 분리커플링(11)이 접속케이스(9)내부에 배치되어 있고,원동기(2,3 또는 3a)가 서로 동일하게 형성된 접속면에 의하여 교환할 수 있게 접속케이스(9)와 결합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 원동기(2,3)가 연속식 원동기로 형성되어 있고, 그때 그때 성형모터로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 원동기(2,3)중 하나는 성형모터로서 형성된 연소식 원동기에 의하여 형성되고, 다른 하나는 전동기(3a)로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 한 항에 있어서, 기본단위의 종축에 대하여 대칭적으로 배치되어 있는 2개의 원동기 (2,3 또는 3a)의 구동축(13)이 차륜축(14)에 대하여 동일한 높이로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.

- 제1항 내지 제5항중 한 항에 있어서, 기어박스(7)와 경우에 따라서는 차축기어박스(8)가 접속플랜지와 나사연접부에 의하여 접속케이스(9)와 움직이지 아니하게 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 한 항에 있어서, 원동기(2,3 또는 3a)와의 구동결합을 중개하고 분리커플링(11)이 접속케이스(9)내에 들어있는 중앙휠(18)과 연결되어 있고, 이러한 중앙휠이 체인벨트전도 또는 톱니벨트전도(19)에 의하여 기어장치의 입력축(20)과 구동결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서,원동기(2,3 또는 3a)용 공급장치(21,25), 특히 자동차의 연료탱크(21)가 압출형강의 일분절에 의하여 형성된 지지관(1)내에 합체되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 한 항에 있어서, 연료탱크(21)가 연료가 새지아니하는 가요성 케이스와 이러한 케이스에 분리되지 아니하고, 연료가 새지아니하게 접속되어 있는 주입관(22)및 배기관 등으로 구성되어 있고, 내장된 상태에서, 외측으로 적어도 국소적으로 접착물(23)에 의하여 지지관(1)의 내부주변면과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 한 항에 있어서, 연료탱크(21)를 형성하는 가요성 케이스의 접착물이 에워싸는 밴드모양으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(1)에 내부에 배치되어 있는 전지(25) 수용수단이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.

- 제1항 내지 제13항중 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 전지(25)로 구성되는 전지세트가 지지관(1)내에서, 경우에 따라서는 룰러가 장착되어 있는 지지판(28) 또는 지지프레임에 의하여 세로방향으로 밀어내거나, 끌어당길 수 있게, 내부에서 세로방향으로 뻗어있는 안내궤도 또는 운반궤도(26)를 형성하고 형강몰딩상에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 한 항에 있어서,지지관(1)의 횡단면이 일반적으로 직사각형 또는 타원형으로 되어있고 지지관(1)에 세로방향으로 뻗은 다수의 압력매질관 또는 통로(30,31,32)와 적어도 슬릿모양으로 개방된 홈절취부(33,34)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제15항중 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(1)에 주브레이크 실린더(35)를 후륜브레이크(37)와 결합시키기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 세로방향통로(30)가 제공되어 있고, 몇개의 차륜브레이크 실린더(36)에 대한 가요성 분기관(37)이 나사로 죄어 고정시킬 수 있는 접속니플(38)에 의하여 해당통로(30)에 인접될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(1)에 적어도 하나의 세로통로(31)가 제공되어 있고, 이러한 통로가 그 길이의 적어도 일부에 걸쳐 연료탱크(21)를 원동기(2,3 또는 3a)와 연결시키는 연료관(39)으로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제17항중 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(1)에 적어도 하나의 세로통로(32)가 제공되어 있고, 이 통로가 원동기(2,3)에 대하여 폐기가스 배출관으로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(1)에 적어도 하나의 세로통로 또는 세로방향의 홈절취부(33)가 제공되어 있고, 이러한 통로 또는 홈절취부가 전선, 특히 케이블 심봉(40)을 수용하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제19항중 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(1)에 적어도 하나의 세로방향통로 또는 홈절취부(34)가 제공되어 있고, 이러한 통로 또는 홈절취부가 로프활차(41), 특히 핸드브레이크 로프활차를 수용하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제20항중 한 항에 있어서, 자동차에 차륜 구동장치를 장비할 때, 후차축(42)에 대한 구동결합이 벨트전도, 특히 톱니벨트전도(43)에 의하여 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제21항중 한 항에 있어서, 동력을 후차축(42)에 전도하기 위하여 톱니벨트전도(43)를 이용할 때, 톱니벨트(43)가 서로 대향하여 있는 지지관(1)의 외표면(44,45)에 배치되어 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제22항중 한 항에 있어서, 동력을 후차축(42)에 전도하는 톱니벨트(43)를 수용 및 안내하기 위하여, 서로 대향하여 있는 지지관(1)의 외표면(44,45)에는 대칭적 또는 비대칭적 T자형 횡단면이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제23항중 한 항에 있어서, 톱니벨트(43)가 지지관(1)의 양단부에서, 한편에서는 후차축 기어박스(47)에 접속되게 배치되어 있고, 그 직경이 추력에 적합하게 되어있는 벨트폴리, 특히 그 직경이 지지관(1)의 종단높이에 일치하는 톱니벨트휠(48)을 거쳐 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.
- 제1항 내지 제24항중 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(1)에 기어레버(49), 핸드브레이크 레버(50)등과 같은 조작장치들이 공지된 방법으로 접속, 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본단위.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
