Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1におけるハーネスの配索構造が適用された車両を示す斜視図である。図中には、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関と、充放電可能な2次電池(バッテリ)とを動力源とするハイブリッド自動車が示されている。
図9は、この発明の実施の形態2におけるハーネスの配索構造を示す電池パックの断面図である。図9は、実施の形態1における図3に対応する図である。本実施の形態におけるハーネスの配索構造は、実施の形態1におけるハーネスの配索構造と比較して、基本的には同様の構造を備える。以下、重複する構造については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (8)
- 短手方向が車両前後方向にほぼ一致し、長手方向が車両幅方向にほぼ一致するように車両に設置され、車両上で高圧電装部品を収容する内部空間を規定し、第1部材から形成されたケース体と、
前記ケース体に設けられ、前記第1部材よりも大きい強度を有する第2部材から形成され、前記ケース体を補強する補強部材と、
前記補強部材に沿う位置に配索されたハーネスとを備え、
前記高圧電装部品は、バッテリと、前記バッテリと車両幅方向に並ぶ機器とを含むバッテリユニットであり、
前記ハーネスは、前記高圧電装部品に接続され、
前記補強部材は、前記バッテリと前記機器との間を跨ぐように前記ケース体の車両後方側に設けられる、ハーネスの配索構造。 - 前記補強部材は、前記ハーネスが延びる方向に直交する平面で切断された場合に、前記ハーネスに対して前記内部空間に収容された前記高圧電装部品の反対側に配設されている、請求項1に記載のハーネスの配索構造。
- 前記補強部材は、前記ハーネスが延びる方向に直交する平面で切断された場合に、前記ハーネスに対して前記内部空間に収容された前記高圧電装部品の反対側で、前記ハーネスに凹部が向くように屈曲している、請求項1または2に記載のハーネスの配索構造。
- 前記補強部材は、前記ハーネスが延びる方向に直交する平面で切断された場合に、前記ハーネスに対して前記内部空間に収容された前記高圧電装部品の反対側で、前記ハーネスに凹部が向くように湾曲している、請求項1または2に記載のハーネスの配索構造。
- 前記ハーネスは、前記内部空間に配索されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のハーネスの配索構造。
- 前記ハーネスは、前記内部空間の外側に配索されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のハーネスの配索構造。
- 前記補強部材は、金属から形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のハーネスの配索構造。
- 前記補強部材は、鋼から形成される、請求項7に記載のハーネスの配索構造。
