Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載される電池パックであって、
前記電池パックは、筐体と、前記筐体に内蔵される電池スタックを有し、
前記筐体は、内蔵する前記電池スタックの上部をカバーするアッパーケースを有し、
前記電池スタックは、1又は複数の単セルからなる複数の電池モジュールが積層されてなり、
前記アッパーケースの少なくとも一部に、上方に向けて突出するように曲面が形成され、
前記アッパーケースは前記電池スタックの上部にチャンバ空間を形成し、前記チャンバ空間に前記電池スタックの温度を調整する媒体が供給され、
前記アッパーケースの前記曲面は、前記電池スタックの前記積層された方向に垂直な方向の中央部において前記チャンバ空間が拡大し、前記電池スタックの前記積層された方向に垂直な方向の端部において前記チャンバ空間が縮小するように形成されることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 車両に搭載される電池パックであって、
前記電池パックは、筐体と、前記筐体に内蔵される電池スタックを有し、
前記筐体は、内蔵する前記電池スタックの上部をカバーするアッパーケースと、前記電池スタックの下部をカバーするロワーケースとを有し、
前記電池スタックは、1又は複数の単セルからなる複数の電池モジュールが積層されてなり、
前記アッパーケースと前記電池スタックの上部との間に第1チャンバ空間を形成し、
前記ロワーケースと前記電池スタックの下部との間に第2チャンバ空間を形成し、
前記電池スタックの温度を調整するための媒体は前記第1チャンバ空間あるいは前記第2チャンバ空間のいずれか一方から他方に流れるように供給され、
前記アッパーケースは、前記電池スタックの前記積層された方向に垂直な方向の中央部において前記媒体の供給量が相対的に増大し前記電池スタックの前記積層された方向に垂直な方向の端部において前記媒体の供給量が相対的に減少するように曲面で構成されることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 車両に搭載される電池パックであって、
前記電池パックは、筐体と、前記筐体に内蔵される電池スタックを有し、
前記筐体は、内蔵する前記電池スタックの上部をカバーするアッパーケースと、前記電池スタックの下部をカバーするロワーケースとを有し、
前記電池スタックは、1又は複数の単セルからなる複数の電池モジュールが積層されてなり、
前記アッパーケースは、少なくとも一部に、上方に向けて突出するように曲面が形成され、前記電池スタックの上部にチャンバ空間を形成し、前記チャンバ空間に前記電池スタックの温度を調整する媒体が供給され、
前記アッパーケースの前記曲面は、前記電池スタックの前記積層された方向に垂直な方向の中央部において前記チャンバ空間が拡大し、前記電池スタックの前記積層された方向に垂直な方向の端部において前記チャンバ空間が縮小するように形成され、
前記曲面は、
前記電池パックの上方からの荷重を支持する荷重支持手段と、
前記電池スタックに供給される媒体の供給量分布を調整する調整手段と、
を兼用するものであることを特徴とする電池パック。
