Abstract

운전자의 운전요구를 충족함과 동시에 연료소비량이 최소가 되도록 AT의 감속비와 드로틀 오우프닝등을 제어함을 목적으로 하는 것으로, 목표가속도 설정수단(83)은 목표차속 선택수단(82)에 의하여 선택된 목표차속(VTX)과 실제차속(SPD)등에 따라서 목표가속도(GT)를 설정한다. 목표구동토오크 설정수단(84)은 실제차속 (SPD)과 목표가속도(GT)등에 의하여 목표구동토오크(TDRV)를 설정한다. 여기서 설정된 목표구동토오크(TDRV)는 감속비 제어수단(85)에 입력되어, 이 감속비 제어수단(85)은 이 목표구동토오크(TDRV)와 목표차속(VTX)등에 기초하여 목표구동토오크 (TDRV)를 달성할 수 있고, 또한 연료소비량이 최소가 되도록 AT3의 감속비와 록업상태등을 제어한다. 목표드로를 오우프닝 설정수단(86)은 실제차속(SPD)와 목표가속도(GT)와 감속비 및 록업상태등에 기초하여 목표드로틀 오우프닝(TTA)을 산출하여 설정한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 내연기관의 동력을 변속하여 차륜에 전달하는 자동변속기와, 차량의 실제차속을 검출하는 실체차속 검출수단과, 차량의 목표차속을 설정하는 목표차속 설정수단과, 실제 차속 검출수단에 의하여 검출된 실제차속과 목표차속 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표차속등에 기초하여 목표가속도를 설정하는 목표가속도 설정수단과,차량의 차륜을 구동하는 목표구동토오크를 설정하는 목표구동토오크 설정수단과, 목표구동토오크 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표구동토오크와 목표차속 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표차속등에 기초하여 목표구동토오크를 달성할 수 있고, 또한 연료소비량이 최소로 되는 감속비를 설정하여 자동변속기를 제어하는 자동변속기 제어수단과, 목표가속도 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표가속도에 따라서 드로틀 오우트닝을 제어하는 드로틀 오우프닝 제어수단등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 목표차속 설정수단에 여러개 구비하고, 이 여러개의 목표차속 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 여러개의 목표차속 중에서 하나의 목표차속을 선택하는 목표차속 선택수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 여러개의 목표차속 설정수단중의 하나는 가속조작량에 따라서 목표차속을 설정하는 수단임을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  4. 제1항∼제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 목표가속도 설정수단은 실제 차속 검출수단으로부터 검출된 실제차속과 목표차속 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표차속과의 차가 클수록 목표가속도의 값이 커지도록 설정하는 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  5. 제1항∼제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동변속기 제어수단은 목표차속과 목표구동토오크등을 달성할수 있는 감속비중에서 연료소비량이 최소로 되는 감속비를 선택함에 따라 작성된 맵에 따라서 감속비를 설정하는 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  6. 제1항∼제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내연기관의 동력을 유체를 개재하여 자동변속기에 전달하는 토오크 콘버이터와, 토오크 콘버어터에 설치되어 내연기관의 동력이 전달되는 입력축과 자동변속기에 출력하는 출력축을 기계적으로 결합함에 따라, 동력을 자동변속기에 전달하는 록업클러치와, 록업클러치의 결합, 해제를 제어하는 록업클러치 제어수단등을 구비하였고, 자동 변속기 제어수단은 목표구동토오크 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표구동토오크와 목표차속 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표차속등에 기초하여 목표구동토오크를 달성할 수 있고, 또한 연료소비량이 최소로 되는 감속비와 록업클러치의 결합상태등을 설정하는 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 자동변속기 제어수단은 목표차속과 목표구동토오크등을 달성할 수 있는 감속비와 록업클러치의 결합상태와의 조합중에서 연료소비량이 최소로 되는 감속비를 선택함에 따라 작성된 맵에 따라서 감속비를 설정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  8. 제1항∼제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동변속기 제어수단은 목표차속 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표차속 대신에 실제차속 검출수단에 의하여 검출된 실제차속을 이용하여 감속비를 설정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  9. 제1항∼제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 목표구동토오크 설정수단은 목표가속도 설정수단에 의하여 설정된 목표가속도와 실제차속 검출수단에 의하여 검출된 실제차속등으로부터 목표구동토오크를 설정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 여러개의 목표차속 설정수단중의 한가지는 일정한 속도로 차량을 주행시키는 목표차속을 설정하는 수단임을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
  11. 제3항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 여러개의 목표차속 설정수단중의 한가지는 구동륜에 슬립이 발생하였을때에, 구동토오크가 감소하도록 목표차속을 설정하는 수단임을 특징으로 하는 차량제어장치.
