Abstract

본 발명은 차량, 컨테이너 또는 이와 유사한 특히 차량에 관한 화물의 안배와 저장을 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
발명의 과제는 파렛트를 근간으로 해서 화물의 저장과 분배를 위한 장치를 개발하는데 있으며 현재까지 알려진 해결 방안에 비하여 보다 적은 비용을 들여서 접근시간을 줄이고 처리 능력의 제고를 보장한다. 이에 따라 화물에 대한 배분과 저장을 위한 장치에 관하여 발표된 바 여기서 회전 분지롤러가 붙은 파렛트는 가이드 프로필내의 가이드 기소와 구동 수단으로 운반이 가능한 것으로 되어 있다. 파렛트는 부위 통로에서 움직여 이 부위통로 사이에는 주로 직각의 방향전환을 위한 장치가 구비되어 있으며, 제어수단이 갖추어져 있다. 이로서 여러 파렛트들이 동시에 전 저장구간에 걸쳐서 제어가 될 수 있어서 전면 충돌이 방지되며 그때 그때 최단 통로가 선택되어 저장소들에 배분됨과 동시 저장소에 의해서 저장이 된다.

제1도는 4개의 주행장치-및 자동 옥내 주차장내에서 직각 교차점을 가진 U-자형 가이드 프로필로 된 가이드 요소로 된 파렛트, 제2도는 나사로 조여진 가이드요소를 가진 보기 휠의 단면인데 수평가이드 롤로에 의해서 U-형강에서 안내된다, 제3도는 4개의 가이드 요소와 가이드 프로필을 가진 보기주행장치의 횡단면도, 제4,5,6도는 교차점을 통과하는 주행장치와 가이드롤러의 궤적, 제7도는 U-형 가이드요소와 주행장치 주위의 볼베아링을 갖춘 링으로 된 주행장치의 단면, 제8도는 가이드롤러 및 선형모터 반력부를 갖춘 옥내 자동주차장 차량 파렛트, 제9도는 옥내 주차장의 투시도, 제10도는 파렛트 사이의 가이드롤러와 완충기소를 가진 각 보기 롤러에 4개의 바퀴를 갖춘 이중 파렛트상에 얹힌 컨테이너, 제11도는 파렛트 사이 가이드 롤러와 완충기소를 갖춘 각 보기롤러에서 2개의 바퀴를 가진 이중 파렛상의 승용차, 제12도는 4개 보기 롤러를 가진 주행장치의 하면도, 여기에서 보기 롤러는 2개의 서로 움직이는 섭동링이 돌아간다, 제13도는 굽혀지는 가이드 기소위의 4개의 보기 롤러를 가진 두개의 주행 장치.

Claims (10)

  1. 화물의 배분 및 저장을 위한 전자동 파렛트-저장 장치에 있어서, 파렛트(5)에 가이드 기소(2)가 회전 보기롤러(18) 주위에 임의로 유연하게 방향전환이 되도록 되어 있으며, 회전 보기롤러(18)가 이를 감안한 가이드 프로필(4)에 안내가 적절히 되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 가이드기소(2)는 링형상 에레멘트(120,210)로서 회전보기롤러(18)주위에 구성되어 있으며 그 사이에 롤러-또는 섭동기소(301)이 개재가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 4개의 가이드기소(2)가 회전 보기롤러(18) 주위에 붙어 있으며 각 가이드 기소(2)에는 가이드 프로필(4)내에서 내마모성 굴름을 위한 가이드롤러(25)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 가이드롤러(25)을 짧은 가이드 볼트(24)에 의해서 직접 파렛트(5)의 베이스판(7)에 붙어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 자동 옥내 주차장, 선반창고 및 리레이 터미널에서 자동차의 운반파렛트에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 진로에 구동수단은 설치된 선형모터(29)와 파렛트(5)에 있는 선형모터-반력부인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 각 인수공간(구역)뒤의 배분 구역에서 여러 층에 파렛트(5)의 안배를 시켜주기 위하여 승강기 및/또는 반대방향의 스킵호이스트(승강기의 일종)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제 5항 내지 제 7항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 배분구역(21) 및/또는 주차구역(22)에는 최소한 한개의 회전대(13,14)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제 5항 내지 제 8항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 주차단위는 다중 파렛트 장소(190)가 감안되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제 1항 내지 제 9항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 선형모터-반력부(29)를 갖춘 파렛트(5)는 상하 파렛트부(32,31)로 구성되어 잇으며 파렛트부(31,32)사이에는 완충기소(27)와 상부 파렛트부(32)에는 컨테이너(38)를 위한 가이드기소(39)나 그리고 차량 진입을 위한 홈(33)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
