Abstract

본 발명은 화상형성장치내에 포함된 현상장치용 토너보급장치에 관한 것이다. 외부의 구동원으로부터 토너용기 내측의 교반부재축으로 구동력을 전달하도록 사용되는 결밥부재는 예를 들면 토너용기가 사고로 낙하하는 경우 파손되는 것이 방지된다. 토너용기내에 저장된 토너를 교반시키기 위한 교반부재는 축에 과도한 부하가 걸리는 경우 파손되지 않고 보호된다. 토너용기 내부의 토너는 응고되는 것이 방지되며, 교반기의 축상에 과도한 부하가 가해지게 되는 것이 방지된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명을 구현하는 토너보급장치를 포함하는 현상장치의 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 현상장치에 적용 가능한 토너 카트리지의 특정형상을 도시한 사시도, 제3도는 제2도에도시된 토너 카트리지의 단면도, 제4도는 토너카트리지에 포함한 결합부(an engaging portion)의 사시도, 제5도는 결합부에 연결가능한 구동전달부의 분해도.

Claims (4)

  1. 현상장치를 갖는 장치 본체에 탈착 가능하도록 장착되고, 내부에 저장된 토너를 배출하는 개구부와, 상기 토너를 교반시키는 교반부재를 갖는 토너용기; 구동원에 작동가능하도록 연결되는 구동전달부재; 및, 상기 교반부재의 회전축에 장착되고 용기가 장치 본체에 장착되면, 상기 구동전달 부재에 결합 가능한 결합부재;를 포함하고, 상기 결합부재는, 토너용기가 장치 본체에 장착될 때, 상기 결합부재가 회전축의 축방향으로 구동전달 부재는 연결되는 결합위치로 향하여 상기 결합부재를 항상 탄력지지하는 탄성부재를 통하여 회전축 상에 장착되고, 상기 결합부재는 회전축의 축방향으로 이동가능한 현상장치용 토너 보급장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합부재와, 구동전달 부재내에 포함된 결합부는 각각 경사면에서 서로 맞닿아 결합되고, 탄성부재의 지지력보다 큰 힘이 탄성부재의 지지방향과는 반대측으로 구동전달 부재에 연결된 결합부재에 가해지는 경우, 상기결합부재는 상기 반대방향으로 이동하여 구동전달 부재로부터 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 현상장치용 토너 보급장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합부재로부터 분리된 구동전달 부재는, 상기 결합부재와 구동전달 부재의 결합부가 회전축의 원주방향으로 서로 일치될 때까지 회전되며, 상기 결합부재는 탄성부재에 의해서 결합위치로 상향 이동되어 구동전달 부재에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 현상장치용 토너 보급장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축상에 장착되고, 토너용기의 단부벽에 마주하는 회전가능한 부재를 추가 포함되며, 상기 단부벽과 상기 단부벽에 마주하는 회전가능한 부재의 일단부중에서 어느 하나에는 돌기가 형성되고, 나머지 하나에는 오목부가 형성되며, 상기 돌기와 오목부는 회전가능한 부재가 회전되는 동안 즉시 서로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 현상장치용 토너 보급장치.
