Abstract

평균 입자 크기(수 평균)가 180 내지 400㎜인 플루오로중합체(A) 및 낮은 평균 입자 크기가 약 0.3 내지 약 0.7인자 정도 낮은 플루오로 중합체(B)를 포함하여서, 전체 분산액이 일정방식(monomodal)입자 직경 수 분포를 갖지 않는, 유화 중합에 의해 수득되며 용융물로부터 가공가능하지 않고 소결시 필름을 형성하는 플루오로 중합체의 수성 분산액은 표면, 예를 들어 섬유, 섬유의 평평한 제품 또는 다공성 물질을 침지, 함침 또는 피복시키는 데 접합하며, 섬유 유리 직물을 피복하는데 및 금속 피복 시스템용 제형용으로 특히 적합하다.

Claims (17)

  1. 평균 입자 크기(수 평균)가 180 내지 400㎜인 플루오로중합체(A) 및 낮은 평균 입자 크기가 약 0.3 내지 약 0.7인자 정도 낮은 플루오로 중합체(B)를 포함하여서, 전체 분산액이 일정방식(monomodal)입자 직경 수 분포를 갖지 않는, 유화 중합에 의해 수득되며 용융물로부터 가공가능하지 않고 소결시 필름을 형성하는 플루오로 중합체의 수성 분산액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여 플루오로 중합체(A)를 50 내지 95중량% 포함하는 분산액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체(A)를 70 내지 95중량% 포함하는 분산액.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 고체함량을 기준으로 하여 플루오로 중합체(B)를 5 내지 20중량% 포함하는 분산액.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체 고체 함량이 10 내지 80중량%인 분산액.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체 고체 함량이 40 내지 65중량%인 분산액.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체(A)의 평균 입자 크기가 180 내지 300㎜인 분산액.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체(B)의 평균 입자 크기가 50 내지 150㎜인 분산액.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여 계면활성제 4 내지 15중량%를 포함하는 분산액.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여 충전제 40중량%이하를 포함하는 분산액.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 충전제 함량이 10 내지 25중량%인 분산액.
  12. 플루오로 중합체(A)의 수성 분산액을 플루오로 중합체(B)의 수성 분산액과 혼합하고, 필요한 경우 혼합물을 목적하는 고체 함량까지 농축시킴을 포함하여, 제1항 내지 제11항 주 어느 한 항에서 청구된 분산액을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 두 분산액의 혼합물을 40 내지 65중량%의 고체 함량까지 농축시키는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 분산액을 기질과 접촉시킴을 포함하며, 표면을 침지, 함침 또는 피복시키는 방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 분산액을 혼입함을 포함하여, 금속 피복 시스템용 제형을 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 분산액을 기질과 접촉시킴을 포함하여, 섬유, 섬유의 평평한 제품 또는 다공성 물질을 침지 또는 함침시키는 방법.
  17. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 분산액을 직물과 접촉시킴을 포함하여, 섬유 유리 직물을 피복시키는 방법.
