Abstract

(목적) 네오트레할로오스 구조를 가진 아래의 일반식의 신규의 비환원성 올리고당을 제공한다.
(구성) 이 올리고당은 네오트레할로오스 함유 수용액을 당전이 효소에 작용시켜 제조되는데, 우수한 안정성, 저감미도, 적당한 점성, 난(難) 결정 석출성, 난(難) 발효성 등의 특성을 가지고 있으므로 음식물, 화장품 및 의약품 등의 각종 조성물에 극히 유용하다.

Claims (10)

  1. 아래의 일반식을 가진 비환원성 올리고당.
    위의 식에서 n과 m은 0 또는 그 이상의 정수이고 이들의 합계(n+m)는 1 이상이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비환원성 올리고당이 β-D-말토실 α-D-글루코시드, α-D-말토실 β-D-글루코시도, β-D-말토트리오실 α-D-글루코시도, α-D-말토트리오실β-D-글루코시드 및 β-D-말토실 α-D-말토시드로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 비환원성 올리고당.
  3. (a) 네오트레할로오스와 α-글루코실 당화합물을 함유하는 수용액에 당전이 효소를 작용시키거나, 또는 당전이 효소를 작용시킨 후 가수 분해 효소를 작용시켜 상기 비환원성 올리고당을 생성시키고, (b) 상기 비환원성 올리고당을 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 비환원성 올리고당의 제조 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 당전이 효소가 시클로말토덱스트린 글루카노트란스퍼라아제 또는 α-아밀라아제인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, (a) 단계에는 (가)(a) 단계에서 수득한 상기 비환원성 올리고당과 기타의 당질을 함유하는 당혼합 용액을 강산성 양이온 교환 수지 또는 옥타데실 실리카 겔을 사용하는 칼럼 크로마토그래피에서 처리하고, (나) 수득한 비환원성 올리고당 고함유 획분을 채취하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비환원성 올리고당은 β-D-말토실 α-D-글루코시드,
    α-D-말토실 β-D-글루코시도, β-D-말토트리오실 α-D-글루코시도, α-D-말토트리오실β-D-글루코시드 및 β-D-말토실 α-D-말토시드로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종또는 2종인 제조 방법.
  7. 담체와 제1항의 비환원성 올리고당을 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비환원성 올리고당을 건조 고형물당 0.5w/w% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비환원성 올리고당이 β-D-말토실 α-D-글루코시드, α-D-말토실 β-D-글루코시도, β-D-말토트리오실 α-D-글루코시도, α-D-말토트리오실 β-D-글루코시드 및 β-D-말토실 α-D-말토시드로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 조성물이 음식물, 화장품 또는 의약품인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
