Abstract

조정축(17)이 회전하도록 되어있고 너트(30)가 나사형구멍(36)을 측표면내로 개구한 노치(37)와 나사형구멍(36)을 가지고 있고 조정축의 나사형 축부분이 노치를 통하여 나사형구멍과 맞물리는 방식으로 본 발명에 따른 자동차 헤드램프는 램프하우징내에서 조정축(17)을 지지한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예의 일예로 설명되는 자동차 헤드램프의 분해사시도,
제2도는 일부분을 절단한 자동차 헤드램프의 사시도,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차 헤드램프의 정면도,
제4도는 제3도에 표시된 선Ⅳ-Ⅳ에 따라 취해진 헤드램프구조를 도시한 확대단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 고정부재, 피봇지점의 둘레에서 상기 고정부재에 대해 옆으로 또한 수직으로 피봇운동을 하고 장착부재를 가지고 있는 경사부재, 상기 고정부재를 상기 경사부재에 피봇적으로 연결하고 상기 피봇지점으로서 수행하는 연결부재, 고정부재에 의해서 회전가능하게 지지되는 축부분과 나사형 부분을 가진 조정축, 및 상기 경사부재의 상기 장착부재와 고정적으로 맞물리고 상기 조정축이 상기 너트내로 삽입되는 노치를 구비한 나사형 구멍과 상기 너트수단의 나사형 구멍과 맞물림되는 조정축의 나사형 부분을 가지고 있고 상기 조정축을 회전시킴으로써 전방 및 후방으로 이동하는 사각형 탄성너트수단으로 이루어지고 상기 경사부재를 피봇적으로 운동시키는 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트수단의 상기 노치는 외부에지와 내부에지를 각각 가지는 경사표면을 가지고 있고, 상기 경사표면의 상기 대향된 내부 에지사이의 간격은 상기 조정축의 상기 나사형 부분의 외경보다 더 작으며 상기 경사표면의 상기 대향된 외부에지 사이의 간격은 상기 조정축의 상기 나사형 부분 외경보다 더 큰것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사부재의 상기 장착부재는 장착구멍을 가지고 있으며, 상기 너트수단은 측벽, 상기 측벽으로부터 돌출하여있고 축방향에 대해 수직방향에서 보았을 때에 후방끝에서 두꺼운 웨지 형상으로 형성되어 있고 상기 장착부재의 상기 장착구멍과 맞물리는 맞물림돌출부, 수용돌출부의 전방면이 상기 맞물림돌출부의 후방끝에 대향된 중심면적내의 가장 전방위치에 위치되고 아크면으로 형성된 상기 측벽상의 상기 맞물림돌출부 약간뒤의 위치로부터 돌출한 수용돌출부로 구성되어 잇는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 맞물림 돌출부의 후방끝과 상기 수용돌출부의 전방면 사이의 간격은 상기 경사부재의 상기 장착부재의 상기 장착구멍의 깊이와 대략 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 맞물림 돌출부는 전방끝 에지를 배제한 3개의 에지를 따라 형성된 슬릿을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 너트수단은 상기 측벽의 외부표면으로부터 상기 너트수단의 개구부에 대향한 쪽으로 돌출한 안내돌출부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 안내돌출부의 폭은 상기 고정부재상에 형성된 안내벽사이의 간겨과 대략 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트수단은 합성수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 너트수단을 나일론수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 너트수단은 델린으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정축은 합성수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재는 차체에 체결되는 램프하우징이며 상기 경사부재는 헤드램프의 반사경인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부내는 차체이며 상기 경사부재는 헤드램프의 유니트인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  13. 경사 부재가 자유롭게 경사지게되어 차체측에 확고하게 장착된 고정부재를 향해 경사지게 이동됨으로써 헤드램프의 반사축을 변화시키게 되며 고정부재의 상기 지지부에 의해서 회전가능하게 지지되고 경사부재측상에서 밀봉적으로 결합된 조정축을 사용하는 방식으로 경사부재를 지지하는 조정축을 포함하는 자동차 헤드램프에 있어서, 상기 규정된 조정축은 탄성을 가진 합성수지로 이루어지고 나사형 구멍과 연통하고 나사형 구멍의 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 축방향으로 뻗어있고 그 측면내로 개구된 노치를 가진 노치와 나사형 구멍을 가지는 너트내에 형성된 노치를 통하여 너트내의 나사형 구멍과 맞물림상태로 나사형 축부분이 설치되어 있으며 이에따라 조정축은 상기 규정된 경사부재상의 지지부내에서 상기 규정된 너트를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 헤드램프는 안내부분이 너트를 안내하는데 사용하기 위하여 대략 전후방향으로 뻗어있도록 고정부재상에 형성된 안내부분을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프.
