Abstract

조준시에 조정나사를 유지하고 있는 너트 본체에 과도한 부담이 걸리지 않게 한다.
차체(27)에 고정된 브래킷(25,26)과 그 브래킷에 경동 이동 가능하게 설치되어 경도이므로서 전조등의 조사축이 변경되는 전조등 유닛(1)을 구비하고 상기 브래킷과 전조등 유닛이 하나의 회동 지점부(33)와 브래킷에 설치된 너트 본체(30,34)에 나사 맞춤된 2개의 조정 나사(35,35)로 연결되고 전조등 유닛의 이들 부재와의 연결점(40,41,42)이 위치하는 평면(43)이 광축 X-X에 대해서 경사하고 있으며 또한, 상기 조정나사가 상기 평면에 대해서 거의 수직이 되게 배치되어 있음과 더불어 상기 너트 본체는 그 내면이 원통상을 이루고 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전조등의 조사축을 차체에 대해서 변경하기 위한 전조등의 조준 장치이며 차체에 대해서 고정적으로 설치된 고정측부재와 그 고정측부재에 경사이동 가능하게 설치되어 경사이동되므로서 전조등의 조사축이 변경되는 경사이동부재를 구비하고 상기 고정측부재와 경사이동부재가 하나의 회동 지점부와 고정측부재에 설치된 너트 본체에 대해서 나사맞춤된 2개의 조정나사로 연결되고 경사이동부재의 이들 부재와의 연결점이 위치하는 평면이 광축에 대해서 경사되고 있으며 또한, 상기 조정나사가 상기 평면에 대해서 거의 수직으로 되게 배치되고 있음과 더불어 상기 너트 본체는 그 내면이 원통상을 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전조등의 조준 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정나사는 전조등과 그 상면측에서 연결되고, 후방 아래로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 전조등의 조준 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조정나사의 전단에는 구형체가 형성되는 동시에 그 구형체의 전단에 걸어맞춤부가 형성되고 전조등에는 구형상의 凹 부가 형성된 수용체가 형성되며 수용체에 형성된 대면 구멍을 거쳐서 조정나사의 구형체의 걸어맞춤부가 앞쪽으로 대면되어 있고 그 걸어맞춤부에 조작부재의 걸어맞춤부를 걸어맞추게 해서 조정나사를 회전시키게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전조 등의 조준장치.
