Abstract

본 발명은, 편평튜브(1)를 그 폭방향으로 절곡성형한 절곡형상 열교환기이면서, 제조가 용이하고 내부압력 손실이 적을 뿐 아니라, 열교환효율에 우수한 것을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 복수개의 편평튜브(1)를 그 두께방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 서로 평행형상으로 배치하고, 그 양끝에 한쌍의 중공헤더(5), (6)를 연통접속한다. 그리고, 각 편평튜브(1)를 그 길이방향의 적당한 개소에 있어서 튜브 폭방향으로 절곡형성하는 동시에, 그 절곡부위를 그 양측의 직관형상부(2), (3)에 대하여 소정의 각도로 비틀림형성하여 비틀림절곡부(4)를 구성하게 한다. 인접하는 직관형상부(2), (3) 상호간에 핀(11), (12)을 개재하여 배치한다.

Claims (16)

  1. 두께 방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고, 서로 평행형상으로 배치된 복수개의 편평튜브(1)와, 상기한 편평튜브의 양끝에 배치되고, 편평튜브 끝부가 연통접속한 한쌍의 중공헤더를 구비하며, 상기한 각 편평튜브는, 그 길이방향의 적당한 개소에 있어서 튜브 폭방향으로 절곡형성됨과 아울러, 그 절곡부위가 그 양측의 직관형상부(2), (3)에 대하여 소정각도의 비틀림이 부여된 비틀림절곡부(4)를 구성하는 것으로 이루어진 것으로서, 또, 인접하는 상기한 직관형상부의 상호간에 핀(11), (12)이 개재되어 배치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 각 편평튜브에 대응하는 튜브 삽입구멍(15a)이 배열설치되고, 그 튜브 삽입통구멍에 각 편평튜브의 직관형상부와 비틀림절곡부의 경계부분이 삽입된 중간 띠판형상부(15)와 그 중간 띠판형상부(15)의 양끝으로부터 각각 굴곡해서 늘여 설치되고, 가장 외측의 편평튜브 외측에 배치된 핀에 연접 배치상태로 접합일체화된 외측 띠판형상부(16)를 보유하는 띠판형상 보강플레이트 (13), (14)를 구비하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인접하는 편평튜브의 상기한 비틀림절곡부끼리가 서로 중합된 상태로 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 비틀림절곡부(4)끼리가 서로 납땜으로 일체화 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양 중공헤더(5), (6)가 공히 수평형상으로 배치되어 있는 동시에, 각 편평튜브(1)의 직관형상부(2), (3)가 상하방항을 따라서 배치되어서, 증발기로서 유효하게 사용되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 어느 중공헤더내에도 그 내부를 길이방향으로 칸막이하는 칸막이부재(20)가 연통접속된 모든 편평튜브를 통하여 다른쪽 중공헤더에 유입하도록 된 1패스형식의 증발기로서 유효하게 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양 중공헤더가 모두 상하방향을 따라서 배치되는 동시에 각 튜브의 직관형상부가 수평형상으로 배치되어서 응축기로서 유효하게 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열교환매체가 공기의 흐름방향 아래쪽의 직관형 상부로부터 유입되고, 비틀림절곡부를 통하여 공기의 흐름방향 위쪽의 직관형 상부에 유입되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 .
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공헤더는 편평튜브 삽입측 둘레면이 평탄면에 형성되는 동시에 그 반대측 둘레면이 원호형상으로 형성된 이형(異形) 단면형상을 나타내고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공헤더는 편평튜브 삽입측 둘레면이 그 반대측 둘레면 보다도 곡률반경이 작은 이형(異形) 단면형상을 나타내고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공헤더는 심지부재의 적어도 편면에 땜납재층이 피복형성된 브레이징시이트를 통형상으로 성형해서 서로 맞닿는 끝부끼리를 접합하여 일체화 한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  12. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열교환기는 편평튜브의 길이방향 중간부에 있어서 직관형상부끼리가 서로 평행형상이 되도록 평면에서 보아서 U자 형상으로 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 중간 띠판형상부(15)는 물뽑기용 구멍(15b) 또는 배수용 홈통(15b)이 복수개 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  14. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편평튜브는 그 내부가 폭방향을 따라서 복수의 단위 통로를 구성하것이고, 공기의 흐름 아래쪽 직관형상부의 공기의 흐름 아래쪽 단위 통로를 흐르는 열교환매체가 비틀림절곡부를 통하여 공기의 흐름 위쪽 직관형상부의 공기의 흐름 위쪽 통로를 흐르도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  15. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열교환 매체의 입구측 중공헤더(6)는 그 내부에 입구관과 연통 접속된 내측 파이프(60)가 배설된 것이고, 상기한 입구측 중공헤더와 출구측 중공헤더(5)의 동일 끝부측에 각각 입구관(7)과 출구판(8)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 내측 파이프(60)는 열교환매체 분기용의 복수의 구멍이 뚫어 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
