Claims (19)

  1. 비 4 각단면의 길다란 하부 헤더와, 헤더의 길이방향에 따라서 헤더상에 나란히 소정 간격으로 배설된 복수의 관을 각각 구비하는 복수의 열교환 단위모듈로 이루어지며, 상기 관은 헤더에 대해 직교방향으로 배설되고, 헤더보다 직경이 작고, 상기 단위모듈은 상기 인접 하부 헤더가 서로 밀봉되도록 조립되며, 그 접촉면에서 상향수로를 형성하고, 상기 관들이 모듈내에서 일렬로 정렬되고, 각 단위모듈의 인접관들 사이에 파형휜이 배설되어 이루어지는 증발기
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파형휜은 각 모듈과는 독립된 부재인 증발기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파형휜은 상기 복수의 모듈 사이에 부가적으로 배설되는 증발기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤더는 헤더관으로 형성되고, 상기 밀봉 접촉면은 그 길이방향에 따라서 인접 헤더관 사이에 납땜에 의하여 형성되는 증발기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 헤더관은 일반적으로 원형단면으로 된 증발기.
  6. 나란히 인접된 복수의 비 4각단면의 헤더관으로 각각 이루어진 두개의 헤더와, 상기 인접헤더관의 접촉면을 밀봉하는 수단과, 상기 헤더관에 소정 간격의 열로 배설되고, 이 헤더관과 유체 연통되는 복수의 납작한 관과, 상기 납작한 관의 열들 사이에 그리고 이에 대략 직교하여 배설되고, 그 각 열의 사이에서 두개의 상기 인접된 납작한 관들과 열교환계에 있는 복수의 파형휜으로 이루어지며, 상기 납작한 관들 위의 응결수는 납작한 관의 열들 사이의 공간을 통하여 상기 헤더들중의 하부 헤더로 향하여 흘러서 상기 인접헤더관들의 접촉면에 수집하고, 그를 따라서 배출부로 흐르는 증발기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 헤더를 형성하는 복수의 헤더관과 상기 헤더관들의 접촉면을 밀봉하는 상기 수단은 단일 압출물에 의하여 형성된 증말기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 헤더관은 별개의 관에 의하여 형성된 증발기.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 납작한 관은 각 유로의 인접부에 요홈을 가지는 압출물에 의하여 형성된 증발기.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 납작한 관은 별개의 관에 의하여 형성된 증발기.
  11. 나란히 인접된 복수의 원형단면의 헤더관으로 각각 이루어진 두개의 헤더와 그 길이방향에 따라서 상기 헤더관들을 모두 일체로 접착하고, 상기 헤더관들의 접촉면을 밀봉하는 접착수단과, 상기 헤더관에 소정 간격의 열로 배설되고, 이 헤더관과 유체연통되는 복수의 납작한 결과, 소정 간격으로 배설되는 상기 납작한 관들의 열과, 상기 납작한 관의 열들 사이에 그리고 이에 대략 직교하여 배설되고, 그 각 열의 사이에서 두개의 상기 인접된 납작한 관들과 열교환관계에 있는 복수의 파형휜으로 이루어지며, 상기 납작한 관들 위의 응결수는 납작한 관의 열들 사이의 공간을 통하여 상기 헤더들중의 하부 헤더로 향하여 흘러서 상기 인접헤더관들의 접초견에 수집하고, 그를 따라서 배출부로 흐르는 증발기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 접착수단은 납땜 금속으로 이루어지는 증발기.
  13. 나란히 인접된 복수의 비 4각단면의 헤더관으로 각각 이루어진 두개의 헤더와, 상기 헤더관들을 서로 조립하고, 상기 헤더관들의 접촉면을 밀봉하는 납땜 금속과, 복수의 헤더관에 소정 간격의 열로 배설되고, 이 더관과, 유체연통되는 복수의 납작한 결과, 상기 납작한 관의 열들 사이에 그리고 이에 대략 직교하여 배설되고, 그 각 열의 사이에서 두개의 상기 인접된 납작한 관들과, 열교환관계에 있는 복수의 파형휜으로 이루어지며, 상기 납작한 관들 위의 응결수는 납작한 관의 열들 사이의 공간을 통하여 사기 헤더들중의 하부헤더로 향하여 흘러서 상기 인접헤더관들의 접촉면에 수집되고, 그를 따라서 배출부로 흐르는 증발기.
  14. 나란히 인접된 비 4각단면의 복수의 길다란 헤더관으로 구성된 하부헤더와, 상기 헤더관과 유체연통으로 증발된 유체용 복수의 유로를 형성하는 수단과, 상면에 요홈의 응결수의 수로를 형성하기 위하여 상기 헤더관의 길이방향에 따라서 상기 헤더관들의 접촉면을 밀봉하는 수단과, 상기 헤더관들을 조립된 관계로 지지하는 수단으로 이루어지는 증발기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉수단은 부가적으로 상기 지지수단인 증발기.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉수단은 접착수단인 증발기.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 다기관을 더 가지며, 상기 다기판은 헤더관에 직교하여 밀봉되고, 상기 복수의 인접된 헤더관들을 관통하여 배설되는 관을 가지며, 상기 다기관은 상기 인접된 헤더관들을 내부와 유체연통되는 구멍을 그 측면에 가지는 증발기.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 인접된 헤더관, 상기 밀봉수단 및 상기 지지수단은 일체의 단일 압출물에 의하여 형성돈 증발기.
  19. 소정의 간격의 열로 배설되고 다른 열내의 해당관들과 일렬로 정렬된 복수의 일체 압출물의 납작한 관과, 상기 납작한 관의 열들 사이에 그리고 이에 대략 직교하여 배설되고, 두개의 상기 인접된 납작한 관들과 열교환관계에 있는 복수의 파형휜과 상기 납작한 관들과 유체연통되는 헤더로 이루어지는 증발기.
