Abstract

본 발명은 관이음구의 소켓의 조립성을 향상시키므로서 가격절감을 꾀하고, 또 잠금부위에 먼지등이 침입하는 것을 방지하고, 접속·분리의 원활성을 꾀하기 위한 것으로, 후통부(5)와 선단에 잠금볼(3)을 구비하고 외부둘레에 잠금볼조작슬리브(4)를 설치한 전통부(2)로 구성되는 소켓본체(1)내에 끼워맞추어지는 밸브기구(11)를 ,내부둘레면에 밸브시트(21)를 설치한 원통의 밸브받이부(13)내에, 선단에 잠금볼받이부(260를 설치한 밸브체(12)를 스프링(18)을 개재하여 삽입하고, 이 밸브체(12)의 타단에 상기 밸브받이부(13)의 밸브시트(21)에 안착하여 봉입하는 밸브두부(20)에 의해 상기 밸브받이부(13)와 이 밸브체(12)를 슬라이딩 자유롭게 일체로 하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음구의 소켓에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 후통부(5)와 선단에 잠금볼(3)을 구비하고 외부둘레에 잠금볼 조작슬리브(4)를 설치한 전통부(2)로 구성되는 소켓본체(1)내에 끼워맞추어지는 밸브기구를 내부둘레면에 밸브시트(21)를 설치한 원통의 밸브받이부(13)내에 선단에 잠금볼받이부(26)를 설치한 밸브체(12)를 스프링을 통하여 삽입하고, 이 밸브체(12)의 타단에 상기 밸브받이부(13)의 밸브시트실에 안착하여 봉입하는 밸브두부(20)에 의해 상기 밸브받이부(13)와 이 밸브체(12)를 슬라이딩 자유롭게 일체로 하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음구의 소켓.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소켓본체(1)내에 끼워맞추어지는 밸브기구(11)를 후통부(5)와 전통부(2)로 고정했을 때, 상기 밸브기구(11)의 밸브받이부(13)를 끼워부착하여 밸브체(12)를 위치결정하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음구의 소켓.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소켓본체(1)내에 끼워맞추어지는 밸브기구(11)의 밸브받이부(13)를 통하여 후통부(5)와 전통부(2)로 고정했을 때, 상기 후통부(5)의 선단부에서 조작슬리브(4)를 누르는 스프링이 소정의 압력이되도록 위치결정하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음구의 소켓.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조작슬리브(4)가 후퇴위치에 있을 때, 이 슬리브의 선단에 설치한 볼해제부(9)가 전통부(2)의 선단에 설치한 대경팽창부(8)에서 벗어나지 않는 길이로 하고, 또 밸브기구(11)의 밸브체(12)선단에 설치한 잠금볼받이부(26)가 상기 전통부(2)에 설치한 잠금볼끼워맞춤구멍(7)을 막는 길이로 하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음구의 소켓.
