Description
図1に示された迅速管継手は貫通孔11をもつブッシュ10とこの孔に挿入でき且つスリーブと連結する管ニップル12とを包含する。ブッシュ10は管ニップル12用の挿入端13から反対を向いた端に機械ケーシング、例えば自動車エンジンブロックにねじ込む外部ねじを備えて、その外面の別の部分に六角辺15を備えている。ねじ込みの代わりに、ブッシュ10は機械ケーシングの適切な孔に挿入されて、材料変形によってその中に固定される挿入部材として構成され得る、これは特許文献1に記載されている。

Claims (6)
- ブッシュ(10)と、ブッシュ(10)に挿入できて、外面に減少された或いは拡大された直径を備える係合部分(17,28)を有する管ニップル(12)と、ブッシュ(10)に設けられ、管ニップル(12)の係合部分(17,28)との係合では、この係合部分をブッシュ(10)内に連結された状態に保持する固定要素(23)とから成る迅速管継手において、固定要素(23)は、連結されていない状態では圧縮ばね(19)が管ニップル(12)を、係合部分(17,28)がブッシュ(10)の外部に存在するよう、長くブッシュ(10)から外へ押し出すように、ブッシュ(10)の導入端(13)に隣接した箇所に配置されて、そして圧縮ばね(19)がそのような寸法になっていることを特徴とする迅速管継手。
- 管ニップル(12)の係合部分は溝(17)として形成され、ブッシュ(10)には凹所(24)が設けられ、ブッシュ(10)の導入端(13)への軸方向に減少する直径をもつ三つの連続領域(25...27)を有し、この場合に内部領域(25)の直径が固定要素(23)の二倍の半径方向厚さに管ニップル(12)の外径を加えた寸法に少なくとも等しい、中心領域(26)の直径が固定要素(23)の二倍の半径方向厚さに溝(17)の直径を加えた寸法に一致することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速管継手。
- 凹所(24)の外部領域(27)の外径は、解除工具の挿入を許容する範囲だけ管ニップル(12)の外径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の迅速管継手。
- 固定要素は弾力的固定リング(23)であり、そのリングの内径は解除した状態で管ニップル(12)の外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項2或いは請求項3に記載の迅速管継手。
- 管ニップル(12)の係合部分は突起(28)として形成され、ブッシュ(10)では凹所(34)が二つの連続領域(35,37)を備えており、この場合にブッシュ(10)の導入端(13)に接続する外部領域(37)の外径は、突起(28)の外径に一致し、内部領域(35)の直径が固定要素(23)の二倍の半径方向厚さに突起(28)の外径を加えた寸法に少なくとも等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速管継手。
- 固定要素は弾力的固定リング(23)であり、そのリングの内径は解除した状態で管ニップル(12)の突起(28)の外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の迅速管継手。
