Abstract

본 발명은 이미다졸린을 기본으로 하는 고순도의 앰포아세테이트를 제공하며, 이는 필수적으로 무시할만한 양의 알킬화되지 않은 아미도 아민, 소량의 글리콜산염 및 모노클로로아세테이트염을 함유하고, 현제 시판되고 있는 종래의 앰포아세테이트에 비해 우수하다. 이것은 그들의 개선된 표면활성특성으로 증명된다. 순도가 향상됨으로써 고유의 자극특성이 보다 낮아지는 것을 기대할 수 있다.
고순도의 앰포아세테이트는 이미다졸린 또는 그 개환유도체와 알킬화제, 예를들면 모노클로로아세트산나트륨의 반응중에 정밀한 pH조절을 이용하는 공정을 통해 얻을 수 있다. pH는 일정한 pH를 유지하기 위하여 pH측정장치에 응답하여 염기를 천천히 또는 자동적으로 가함으로써, 또는pH를 상기한 범위내로 유지하기 위하여 산정된 일련의 단체적인 첨가에 의해 조절할 수 있다. 또한, 반응은 이미다졸린환 구조를 초기에 가수분해한 후 알킬화함으로써 행할 수도 있다. SMCA대 치환된 이미다졸린 또는 그 개환유도체의 비가 1.5 : 1.0이하 또한 1.0:1.0에 근접하게 되어도, 이들 고순도 앰포아세테이트는 필수적으로 완전한 알킬화 생성물과 소량의 글리콜산유도체를 함유하다.

Claims (33)

  1. 주성분으로 다음 식
    R-C(0)-N(H)-CH2CH2-N-[(CH2)NX]-CH2COOM
    (식중, R은5∼19탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족기이고,N은 2∼4의 정수이고, X는 OH 또는 NH2이고, M은 금속임)의 화합물을 함유하고, 3.5%이하의 알킬화되지 않은 아미드와 4.5%이하의 글리콜산을 함유하는 치환된 이미 다졸린도 앰포아세테이트 계면활성제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2.0%이하의 알킬화되지 않은 아미드를 함유하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 3.5%이하의 글리콜산을 함유하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 3.5%이하의 글리콜산을 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 27%이하의 알칼리금속 할라이드염을 더 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 23%이하의 알칼리금속 할라이드염을 더 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 27%이하의 알칼리금속 할라이드염을 더 함유하는 조성물.

  11. 제1항에 있어서, R은 코코넛오일 지방산으로부터 유도되는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, M은 알칼리금속인 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, R은 코코넛오일 지방산으로부터 유도되고,N은 2이고, X는 OH이고, M은 나트륨인 조성물.
  14. 알킬이미다졸린 또는 그 개환 유도체와 모노할로아세테이트산 또는 그 염을 알칼리 존재하에서 반응중의 반응 혼합물의 pH가 10을 초과하지 않는 조건하에서 반응시키는 앰포아세테이트산 계면활성제의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 이미다졸린은 다음식
    (식중, R은 몰당 5∼19 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 기이고, X는 OH또는 NH2이고,N은 2-4의 정수임)의 화합물인 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, X는 OH인 제조방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, R은 코코넛오일 지방산, 야자인유 지방산, 카프르산, 카프로산, 카프릴산, 헥사데카디 에노산, 라우르산, 리놀산, 리놀렌산, 마아가린산, 미리트산, 미리스톨레인산. 올레인산, 팔미트산, 팔미톨레인산, 스테아르산 및 그 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것으로부터 유도되는 제조방법.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 알킬이미다졸린은 코코 이미다졸린인 제조방법.
  19. 제14항에 있어서. 모노할로아세테이트산은 모노클로로아세트산의 나트륨염인 제조방법.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, 알칼리는 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼륨, 중탄산나트륨, 중탄산칼륨 및 그 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 제조방법.
  21. 제14항에 있어서, 반응중의 pH는 8.5℃-9.5℃의 범위내로 유지되는 제조방법.
  22. 제14항에 있어서, 반응은 75℃∼85℃의 범위내의 온도에서 행하는 제조방법.
  23. 제14항에 있어서, 할로아세트산 또는 그 염 대 알킬이미다졸린의 비는 1.05 :1∼1.5:1인 제조방법.
  24. 제15항에 있어서, R은 몰당5∼9탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 기이고, X는 OH이고,N은 정수 고, M은 나트륨이고, 알칼리는 수산화나트륨 및/또는 수산화칼륨이고, 온도범위는 50℃∼95℃인 제조방법.
  25. 제14항에 있어서, 대부분의 이미다졸린은 반응점에서 개환형태인 제조방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 반응중의 pH는 8.5∼9.5의 범위내로 유지되는 제조방법.

  30. a)8.5-9.5의 pH범위에서 알킬이미다졸린을 열로 반응시켜서 상기 알킬이미다졸린의 개환 유도체를 형성 하고, b)상기 이미다졸린의 상기 개환유도체와 모노할로아세테이트산 또는 그 염을 알칼리 존재하에 반응중의 반응혼합물의 pH가 10을 초과하지 않는 조건하에서 반응시키고, c)앰포아세테이트 계면활성제를 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는 앰포아세테이트 계면활성제의 제조방법.
  31. a) 8.5∼9.5의 pH범위에서 충분한 시간동안 열로 알킬 이미다졸린을 반응시켜서 대부분의 알킬 이미다졸린 환을 개만시키고, b)상기 a)단계의 생성물과 모노할로아세테이트산 또는 그 염을 알칼리 존재하에서 반응중의 반응 혼합물의 pH가 10을 초과하지 않고, 반응 온도가 50℃∼95℃인 조건하에서 반응시키고, c)앰포아세테이트 계면활성제의 제조방법.
  32. 제14항의 제조방법에 의한 생성물.
