Abstract
종래 원적외선과 향발산 가능한 명함제조용 쉬트조성물에 열변색성 화합물을 배합하고 이어서 인쇄층에도 열변색성 안료를 배합하여 인쇄한 다음 필요 부위는 열변색성 불투과층을 형성하였다. 그결과 온도에 따라 기층판의 변화 외에도 인쇄층도 다양하게 변화하여 주는 동시에 원적외선과 방향성이 함께 발휘되는 새로운 명함 또는 기타 카드제조용 쉬트를 제조할 수 있음.

Claims (3)
- 경질 PVC의 중량을 기준으로 하여 가소제 0∼3중량%, ABS 수지 3∼10중량%, 고온소성된 원적외선 방사성의세라믹분말 2∼15중량%, 향분말 1∼10중량%, 열변백성 안료 3∼15중량%를 배합한 열변색성 카드 제조용 쉬트조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열변색성 안료가 스피로[이소벤조푸란－1(3H), 9'－[9H]크산텐]－3－온, 2,2－비스(클로로메틸)－3－클로로－1－프로판올, n－라우릴메르캅탄의 1 : 3 : 25중량비 혼합물, 1(3H)－이소벤조푸란올, 3－(1－에틸－2－메틸－1H－인돌－3－일)－3(4－디에틸아미노)－2－에톡시테닐, 2,3－크실릴아시도포스테이트, 디－n－헥실케톤의1 : 2 : 25중량비 혼합물, 스피로[이소벤조푸란－1(3H),9'-[9H]크산텐]－3－올,9'－[9H]크산텐]－3－온,6－(디에틸아미노)－3'－메틸－2'－(옥틸아미노),무수클로렌드산, 에르카산 스테아릴의 1 : 2 : 25중량비 혼합물중의 어느 하나로 배합조상한 것을 특징으로 하는 열변색성 카드제조용 쉬트조성물.
- 경질 P.V.C.중량을 기준으로 하여 가소제 0∼3중량%, 500∼700메쉬 입도의 세라믹분말 2∼15중량%, 입상ABS 수지 3∼10중량%, 향분말 1∼10중량%를 일차 혼합하고, 열변색 조성물 3∼15중량%를 주가하면서 균질혼련하는 혼합공정, 혼합이 완료된 것을 120∼160℃에서 PVC를 가소화하면서 혼련하는 혼련공정, 혼련조성물은 0.15∼2.4mm 두께로 압출성형하는 압출성형공정, 성형된 쉬트표면에 인쇄를 함에 있어서 인쇄잉크 중 일부에 인쇄잉크 중량에 기준하여 3∼15중량%의 열변색안료를 배합하여 인쇄부의 일부를 열변색성이 되도록 처리하는 인쇄공정, 인쇄완료된 것의 표면일부에 불투광성 유색안료의 5∼90중량%를 열변색안료로 배합한 안료로 부분코팅처리하는 코팅공정으로 구성되는 열변색성 카드제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
