Abstract

화상 형성 장치는 용지를 수용하기 위한 복수를 데크, 상기 데크로부터 용지를 공급하기 위한 급지기, 상기 급지기에 의해 공급된 용지위에 화상을 형성하기 위한 화상 형성부, 상기 데크에 수용된 용지의 두께 및 컬러를 검지하기 위한 검지기, 용지의 원하는 두께나 컬러를 지정하기 위한 입력부, 및 상기 데크로부터 원하는 두께 및 컬러의 용지를 공급하기 위한 상기 급지 수단을 제어하기 위한 제어부로 구성된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 용지를 수용하기 위한 복수의 용지 수용 수단, 상기 복수의 용지 수용 수단으로부터 용지를 공급하기 위한 급지 수단, 및 상기 급지 수단에 의해 공급된 용지에 화상을 형성하기 위한 화상 형성 수단을 포함하는 화상 형성 장치에 있어서, 상기 복수의 용지 수용 수단에 비치된 용지의 두께를 검지하기 위한 검지 수단, 원하는 용지 두께를 지정하는 입력 수단. 및 상기 입력 수단으로부터의 지정 및 상기 검지 수단의 검지 결과에 기초하여 원하는 두께의 용지를 상기 복수의 용지 저장수단으로부터 공급하기 위해 상기 급지 수단을 제어하는 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검지 수단은 상기 복수의 용지 수용 수단으로부터 공급된 용지의 두께에 따라 부동하는 부재, 및 상기 부재의 부동거리를 측정하기 위한 측정 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 검지 수단에 의해 검지된 상기 용지 수용 수단의 용지 두께가 거의 동일할 때에, 입력 수단으로부터의 지정을 무효로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
  4. 원고를 감광 위치로 공급하기 위한 원고 급지 수단, 상기 원고 급지 수단에 의해 원고를 감광시키기 위한 감광 수단. 용지를 수용하기 위한 복수의 용지 수용 수단, 상기 복수의 용지 수용 수단으로부터 용지를 공급하기 위한 용지 급지 수단, 및 상기 용지 급지 수단에 의해 공급된 용지에 상기 감광 수단에 의해 감광된 원고의 화상을 형성하기 위한 화상 형성 수단을 포함하는 화상 형성 장치에 있어서, 상기 복수의 용지 수용 수단에 수용된 용지의 두께를 검지하기 위한 제1검지 수단, 상기 원고 급지 수단에 의해 공급된 원고의 두께를 검지하기 위한 제2검지 수단 및 상기 제1 및 제2 검지 수단의 검지된 결과에 기초하여 원고의 두께에 대응하는 두께의 용지를 공급하기 위한 상기 용지 급지 수단을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
