Abstract
[마찰라이닝과 그 제조방법]
비석면 마찰 라이닝 재료로 구성된 마찰부와 자연 또는 합성 수지기의 열 경화성 접착제로 성형된 연마 재료로 구성된 연마부를 포함하는 마찰라이닝 특히 제동 장치용 마찰라이닝의 경우에 마찰부에 연마부에 일체화시켜서 마찰라이닝의 마모가 진행됨에 따라 마찰라이닝에 대하여 압착되는 면의 마찰특성을 일정 간격을 두고 재생시킬 수 있게 한다(제1도).

제1도는 브레이크 디스크의 온도에 따른 마모 동태의 비교를 보임.
제2도는 일체화된 연마부 층들을 포함하는 마찰 라이닝에 대한 본 발명의 제1실시예,
제3도는 축방향으로 마찰 라이닝의 전 폭에 걸쳐서 뻗어 있는 줄무늬의 연마부가 있는 본 발명의 제2실시예,
제4도는 제3도에 따른 본 발명의 실시예의 정면도.
Claims (9)
- 비석면 마찰라이닝 재료로 구성된 층상 마찰 부와 자연 또는 합성수지기의 열경화성 접착제로 성형한 연마재로 구성된 층상 연마부를 포함하는 마찰라이닝 특히 제동수단용 마찰 라이닝에 있어서, 상기 연마부(6)가 연속되는 마찰부 층(4) 사이에 중간층으로서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 비석면 마찰라이닝 재료로 구성된 마찰부와 자연 또는 합성수지기의 열 경화성 접착제로 성형한 연마재로 구성된 층상 연마부를 포함하는 마찰라이닝 특히 제동수단용 마찰라이닝에 있어서, 상기 연마부(6)는 -연속적인 마찰부층 사이에 중간층으로서 부분적으로 배치되어 있고/또는 -줄무늬형으로 상기 마찰부의 표면으로부터 시작해서 전폭에 걸쳐서 마찰부의 마찰기술적 상대방의 운동방향에 직교하게 마찰부의 깊이 방향으로 부분적으로 뻗어 있고/또는 -부분적으로 상기 마찰 라이닝 재료에 첨가되어 함께 다져서 마찰/연마층을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 연마부(6)는 중량/부피 백분율로 약 1 내지 30%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 20%로 섬유로 보강된 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 비석면 마찰라이닝 재료로 구성된 마찰부와 자연 또는 합성수지기의 열 경화성 접착제로 성형한 연마부를 포함하는 마찰라이닝 특히 제동수단용 마찰라이닝에 있어서, 상기 연마부(6)는 중량부피 백분율로 약 1 내지 30%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 20%로 섬유로 보강된 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유로 보강된 연마부(6)는 아라미드 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유로 보강된 연마부(6)는 유리 또는 세라믹 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유로 보강된 연마부(6)는 탄소섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 3항 내지 7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유로 보강된 연마부(6)는 아라미드 섬유, 현무암 섬유, 자연 광물섬유, 합성광물섬유, 유리섬유, 세라믹 섬유와/또는 탄소섬유의 혼합물을 포함하는 것과 마찰부(4)의 마찰계수에 맞추는 것은 이 섬유들의 혼합비로서 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰라이닝.
- 비석면마찰라이닝 재료를 다져서 마찰층을 성형하는 마찰라이닝 특히 제동수단용 마찰라이닝을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 압출, 프레싱 또는 펀칭을 한후 중간층으로서 연마부를 몇개의 마찰부층과 함께 다져서 층상의 연마부를 별도로 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 라이닝을 제조하기 위한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
