Abstract
루이스 염기 관능을 갖는 메탈로센 착체를 함유하는 촉매 조성물은 풀리올레핀 제조에 사용될 수 있다. 바람직한 착체는 루이스 염기 관능이 에테르 또는 티오에테르기에 의해 제공된 지르코늄 착체이다.
촉매 조성물은 무기 지지체 또는 찌글러 촉매 등의 중합활성을 갖는 지지체 상에 지지될 수 있다.

Claims (17)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 메탈로센 착체를 하나이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 조성물.[상기 식중, R은 1가 또는 2가의 1∼20C 히드로카르빌, 또는 치환기 산소, 규소, 인, 질소 또는 황원자를 함유하는 1∼20C 히드로카르빌이며, 단 R기의 적어도 하나는 루이스 염기 관능을 가지고, R기가 2이상 존재할때는 이들은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, R가 2가일때는 M에 결합하고 Y리간드를 대체하며, M은 IVA족 금속이고, Y는 1가 음이온성 리간드이며, X는 시클로펜타디에닐 핵을 함유하는 유기 기이고, 식(Ⅰ)에서, n은 1∼10의 정수이고, x는 1 또는 2이며, 식(Ⅱ)에서, n,m 및 l은 n+m+l≥1, p=0∼2가 되게 하는 정수 또는 0이고, Z는 C1∼C4알킬렌 라디칼 또는 디알킬 제르마늄 또는 규소 또는 알킬 포스핀 또는 아민 라디칼 또는 비수-디알킬실릴 또는 비스-디알킬 제르마닐을 함유하는 시클로펜타디에닐 핵을 가교하는 탄소수 1∼4의 히드로카르빌기이다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, M가 지르코늄인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 루이스 염기 관능이 알콜, 에테르, 카르복실산 에스테르, 아미노, 포스핀, 티올 또는 티오에테르기에 의해 제공되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 메탈로센 착체가 식중 M은 지르코늄이고, R은 에테르 또는 티오에테르기이며, X는 시클로펜타디에닐기이고, Y는 클로라이드이며, n은 1 또는 5이고, x는 2이며, p는 2이 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 촉매 조성물.
- 무기 지지체 상에 지지된 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항에 따른 촉매 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 지지체가 실리카, 알루미나 및 ⅡA족 금속 할라이드에서 선택된 촉매 조성물.
- 루이스 산이 침투된 지지체상에 지지된 제 5 항에 따른 촉매 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 루이스 산이 ⅤA족, ⅥA족 할라이드, ⅢB족, ⅣB족 및 ⅤB족 할라이드 및 히드로카르빌 할라이드에서 선택된 촉매 조성물.
- 중합 활성을 갖는 지지체상에 지지된 제 5 항에 따른 촉매 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 지지체가 찌글러 촉매인 촉매 조성물.
- 공-촉매와 혼합된 제 1 항 내지 제10항에 따른 촉매 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 공-촉매가 유기 알루미늄 화합물인 촉매 조성물.
- 하기 식을 갖는 메탈로센 착체.
- 중합반응을 개시하기에 충분한 온도 및 압력에서 하나 이상의 올레핀 단량체를 제 1 항 내지 제12항에 따른 촉매 조성물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 올레핀 단량체가 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 중합이 기상으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제14항에 따른 중합방법으로 수득가능한 중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
